Anyone interested in producing a comic book. By comic book, I mean a full blown series, one issue per month and high quality.

I have no idea what the process actually requires and doubt I have the means necessary to do so, but just thought I'd ask anyways.

There aren't enough sweet dark comics (manga doesn't count) so I thought up a storyline and would like to make this bitch.
