Reaping the rewards! The only reason i like that info, is that the money will be (better be) going into the development of new games. good news for us!
After taxes and expenses, I believe that 100 million is profit, and not revenue. As you can see, their absolute minimum revenue is 128.4 million per month, and thats assuming no one pays for one month at a time.

I could live off 100 million per month. Think of all that money they will use to fund their own projects...
yea its because the game is addicting and for the monthly fee is 15 dollars if u use a credit card or 30 dollars for the 60-day game card the money is going to start to pile up

Wow now has 10.7 million people playing and Blizzard is bringing in nearly $100 Million a month.
WOW.
Insane, to say the least.

Is that all net profit?

I don't think that quite adds up. A lot of WoW players are chinese, and they do not pay 12$ a months for WoW. What the actual price is I haven't found.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
I made the LOWEST number possible on purpose. No one pays under $12 a month for the game meaning my number is an underestimate. My math is flawless.

It cost players in China $.06 an hour to play WoW. Assuming the players play at least 8 hours a day (I'm sure that most of them do), we get $14.40 per month. That's assuming they ONLY play 8 hours a day and doesn't factor in the extra day certain months have.
Yeah, but in Europe wow is more expensive than in the US, count that too. for example a 60 day card is around $50 at current rates.
That is true through.

I wouldn't say a chinese games on averaga plays 7 hours a day. However, lots of US and Euopean players pay for only one or three months at a time, alterantively purchase game cards, and Europeans do pay more, so I would assume your estimate is still correct.
Which gives me an even greater shock. They actually get 100 million dollars net profit each month.

Your maths might be flawless but your assumptions are wrong.
China instituted laws specifically for wow to limit the number of hours a player can play each day. From memory it was 3 hours per day.

The more money Blizzard makes, the more they can fund WoW and the other projects.
