Okay, I have reason to believe that a third Golden Sun game could be in the making. I was wondering if anyone else here was a fan of that series, and if so, do you know anything about it? I remember looking for info on it before, but I keep finding the one interview where the owners of CAPCOM (or was it camelot?) said that they'd love to make a third game, but were busy with Mario Tennis or something, and that was a few years ago too.
If anyone knows anything more, please do tell.

I have heard this rumor before... Golden Sun kicked ass BTW. I never finished the second one...
In return for lifting my spirits, I will grant you knowledge that Bioware will announce either KotOR 3 or KotOR MMO near the end of October.

What is normal? Normal is a concept that everyone or a majority of people are the same or similar. However, we know that everyone is unique. If everyone is unique, then everyone is different. If everyone is different, then everyone is weird. If everyone is weird, then everyone is normal.
And what might KotOR? My apologies for my ignorance.
I suggest you try and finish the 2nd one, if you still have it. They left quite a few open ends on the game that they could make a 3rd game off of.
KotOR= Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Greatest single player EVER (period). If you like Golden Sun, you'll love KotOR 1 and 2. Check em' out.

I've never been a great fan of Star Wars games (I used to like the 4th, 5th and 6th movies when they first came out and I was just a youngin').
Oh, and the most recent article I've read about Golden Sun 3 is when someone interviewed them and they said that they were in the midst of planning a new RPG game, but refused to say if it was a new series or a GS continuation. It was posted back on March 2008.

Golden Sun was a fantastic game. I would buy a Wii just to play a third if it ever came out.
However I haven't heard anything about a sequel. I fell for an April Fools once, and was completely ecstatic, until I realised it was actually a joke.

I saw a video interview or something similar. Apparently, the makes would like to make a sequel (or so they claim) but Nintendo hadn't shown any interest in a third.
Honestly I'm not too hopeful. It's been 5 years. I guess longer time-spans have been overcome, but how often was the eventual sequel good enough in those cases?
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
I'm not too hopeful either, but I really do wish they would make it. My friend told me that he heard that if GS3 was ever made, it'd be like to eb for the Nintendo DS and would use the GBA identification slot for some other uses (my guess, continued file like how they did from 1->2?).

The Lost Age was the entire point of playing the games- you've really, really got to finish it! My sister and I obsessed over these games for years- perfect everything. RPG's like this are hard to come by these days. And I'm a die-hard fan of the old chipset + sprite RPG's.
Five years really isn't that long, either. We've been waiting nearly 10 for Diablo III  I'm still hopeful.
