After about one to two weeks introductory period to the season players will be split into different squads depending on their interest and commitment to the game. The three squad types will be:
Casual squads
are meant for slow pace fun, you don’t have to be prepared for anything in particular, just do whatever you decide together as a team and improve gradually.
Semi-competitive squad
is where you learn to be effective and optimize gear. You are not expected to be fully prepared for everything but you should start to move towards optimizing efficiency in speed farming and pushing scenarios. You should also start learning and adopting current meta trends as you improve your efficiency.
Competitive squad
is for higher greater rifts, team leaderboards, and building effectiveness as a team. Here you are expected to be prepared and know what you're doing in terms of play and builds. You should have an understanding of the current meta and at least 1 (preferably 2) builds that are part of the current pushing/speed meta.
We expect a minimum of 40% attendance over 90 days, though most of our members have near to 75%.
Commitment
We don’t want someone who is looking to join, get geared and then leave. After joining there is a short trial period, where you have to attend 4 events to become a full member.
Honesty
If you’re having problems within the clan, or have real life issues, we’d like to hear rather than you just disappearing. Talk to the officers in charge.
Communication.
We want you to know how to communicate both verbally and in writing. We have a TAW Discord for Diablo 3 that we use for our members and a platform for members to connect.
We are sponsored by teamspeak, and all main events will be held on teamspeak.
Progression
Progression oriented attitude. Everyone makes mistakes, but learning is part of progression, so we value people who continue to improve over time.
If you have any questions regarding your application, please don't hesitate to contact an officer.

What can we offer you?
Structured leadership teams and event times. We meet up at 19:00 and begin to organize teams for group play.
Event times for the first 60 days of the season:
Sunday: 20:00 - 22:00 CET
Wednesday: 20:00 - 22:00 CET
Event times for the last 30 days of the season:
2 hours per week, decided upon a democratic vote.
A steady clan with a good community and good clan atmosphere.
Focused attitude during progression, and relaxed attitude during farm content. We like to chat and have fun but focus during difficult content.
Desire to progress. We run optional events during the week, so you are able to pick up attendance if you missed a main event practice.
