so so I just recently watched a general video on how bane of the stricken works and what I got out of it is that it works based on APS, and ability proc coefficients (only vaguely understand this concept). It also only applies the debuff to the first enemy you hit.
so here are my questions.
when I leap on a rift guardian how many stacks are applied? 1 for leap hitting, and one for earthquake? Does earthquake proc any additional stacks of stricken over its duration?
if I have 3-5 separate earthquakes under a RG is each instance of the spell creating additional stricken stacks? I know damage stacks wasn't sure on stricken.
when I'm fighting a group, say an elite pack surrounded by trash mobs, how do I guarantee that my leaps/quakes/avalanches hit the elite "first" in order to get stricken stacks on the big guy and not the little guys? Does it apply to the closest enemy?
Final question on stricken - do stacks ever fall off, say if I die or if I walk away from a mob for 20 seconds and come back?
Good question. I wish stricken was a debuff we could actually see. With how long it takes bosses to die at a higher GR I imagine seeing much much higher dmg numbers but I don't. The only times they die quick is after 50%

hello,

thanks and sorry if this was answered elsewhere
