Honestly, they keep claiming that she is the big baddie, but no real evidence supports this.
Last time she was on Sanctuary, she "helped" the heroes, granted she was using us for power essentially, but I have a feeling the main big baddie will be Mephisto or Inarius.

Inarius is chained by Mephisto. I doubt that Inarius will be the final boss in the game.

Inarius is chained by Mephisto. I doubt that Inarius will be the final boss in the game.
Think it's hard to say who will be the final boss, as they are planning multiple expansions (lets see that before we believe it
)
Diablo will be there at some point im sure.
I do think that Inarius is a very good bet - if not final, then at least a boos at some point.
