people need to be more clear when you are telling people what time the season starts because everyone is just thinking its today no matter what which is crap as console players dont get it till july 4th im on xbox and in the uk have a day off work today and cant play the new season till 1 in the morning tonight such crap

Just wondering if anyone knows what time (EU) that Season 21 starts? Is it 0:00 between today (2/7) and tomorrow (3/7) or later?
Afaik it usually opens up around 18:00 CET but can't seem to find any information.
