I played the original Diablo too. Playstation and PC. The butcher was easy. He could hit hard, but he couldn't open doors... I just picked up a bow and shut him behind a door that was next to some bars. Just shoot him through the bars. I reduced him to a petting zoo. There are lots of ways to beat Diablo, but it gets harder on higher difficulty levels

i did ... i starting playing one summer only when it was out for a few years ... i got into b/c my grandparents good friends grandkids<---(haha that sounds funny, anywho) would always be playing a game and kinda left me out b/c they were older and i was the little annoying kid ... but that summer i bought it and starting playing and met up with them in the realms and pwned all of them b/c i used hacks (Dawn of the Dead trainer) at the time just to get back at them and ive been a Diablo fan ever sense ...:D

Nice! i got hooked on diablo when i was way young and have played them all since then! (except hellfire!) man Diablo was fun and i wish i could play it again with ppl on internet and without hacks and ppl stealing shit from ur body!

I started with Hellfire and beat it (Normal), then I played Diablo 2 and beat it too (Normal), but I never beat LoD, though I reached the very end. My mom beat Diablo LoD on Normal and Nightmare, though. On Hell she always became bored and dropped it.

I never felt like doing it all over again so I never went from Normal to Nightmare.

i started with d1 and beat it all three modes...hellfire is the expansion and i never really got into it...i beat d1 all the way through then LoD all the way through...all three modes on both...then I stopped playing for awhile and started agsain then my computer crashed...and im gonna start to play again

I was a diablo addict sooo much!! xD!! i never used hacks *barf* i started with Diablo first

dude I owned diablo, my sorcerer was level 27 i think, I went and owned diablo. I bought a crapload of elixers, and had a sorc with a staff and went down and there was a chick fighting diablo with a sword, and she was like, about to die, so I used my most powerful speel and killed diablo in 2 seconds lol...she started going off on me then the end movie came on and it made me exit the game lol.

Ha, well D1 is the only thing Ive had to play lately so my memory of it is quite crystal...but, I'd like to be playing some LoD and Phantom Dust on Xbox live....\m/

i started with diablo for playstation i still havent beaten it yet but i got awful close and i have diablo 2 and diablo 2 lod expansion pack which i also havent beat

Ok guys, i started playing D1 about 5 years ago ish then D2 came out and i never knew how to go online cause i was too young and feeble and then i started playing it online, got banned, bought a new copy, parents banned me again and snapped the CD, and now im trying to get it back again:) LOL

I started with DI in the BETA:)

I owned Diablo shortly after my brother had bought Diablo 2 and the expansion. So when you think about it, my brother owned Diablo 2, but i had played Diablo 2 before buying Diablo 1. I also have the Diablo expansion, Hellfire.
