he died he has a massive hole in his head. pretty sure the host bodies cannot survive without the essence of the prime evil no longer coarsing through the body, you basically jab a massive stone into your brain, so long as its in their they are alive.
Tal Rash is the only exception, but that is due to Tal Rasha acting as part of the stone for many years and aslo as a form of prison.
its been so long i cant even recall a difference in the movies. all ways figured since it was the warrior who becomes diablo, it was just him everytime. like the hand that smashes Diablo's and Mephisto's Soulstones, its the same one every time for every class, i think its the barb's, its too big to be anybody elses.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
Tal Rasha also had the stone in his chest, not head. Baals Soulstone was broken and he only used the biggest piece he could find and used his body as an actual prison for Baal.

I've heard that argument before and I'm still not convinced it was the Barb's hand.

What's really funny is that I swear for the Warrior, Sorcerer, and Rogue, they use the exact same face but for the Sorcerer, they paint the face black, and the Rogue, they tweak it just slightly and add long hair. By the way, did Prince Albrecht survive all that? Or did he die in that scene?
