Certain plans you can't trade, like the Infernal Machine plans, but most other plans you can trade... I'm hoping you can trade the Hallowed Defenders! I have seen people offering the plans before, so I'm guessing so?



I have dropped a load of gem plans for people in the past, so it might just be a console thing?
