Well, there are no actual stats to this RP, just literary explanations. So, there would be no real way to make sure certain skills are stronger or weaker. Basically, opening up all the trees just allows for more creative writing because you have all the different skills available to you. The downside is possibly loosing focus and the uniqueness of the spells and being OP. I was just thinking about my own character and how boring it might get only having a few skills to use.

@Maggotsgalore - yes you can still join.It actually hasn't started yet. Please read the OP and then create your character on the character page.

Might I suggest having all three trees available, but you can only have a certain number of skills to be proficient in. Kind of like a Bonemancer having some skill in curses but is exceptionally skilled in bone spells.

There seems to be an average of five skills per tier. Maybe we each get to choose three per tier. That way it would open up opportunities but not have every skill.

Works for me.

okay, so we are officially going to have 3 skills per tier to choose from. Please make the necessary corrections to your character if needed.

Also, I pan on starting the actual story on Monday so hopefully everyone can get in their characters over the next four days so we can begin.

Sorry Scyberdragon, but I a afraid I won't be joining. After a bit of thought, I decided I'll be taking my first shot at doing a fan fiction. I don't know if my creativity will suffice for a fan fiction, but I'd like to devote sometime to it (not like posting an RP takes up a lot of time anyways, lol)and focus my creative energies there. ^^'

I managed to write everything down now and am ready to begin this adventure!

I think I will have to take a pass as well. I'm sorry. RL just reared it's ugly head.

Alright everybody, I wanted to start this today but I don't think we are all ready. As of right now, there are only five characters created.

I would like for everyone who is still interested in doing this to post so I know who we are still waiting for. If you are no longer interested, please say so. Hopefully, we can get everyone back on board and get this started sometime this week.

@Stormy - Pop-in people will be great. Just let me know when you are ready and we will write you in. Same goes for Lt.Venom, Ullion, or anyone else who may want to just do a little or join later.

Again, I really want this to work and I really want to start this soon.

I thought it was only one starting skill, due to what others put on their character profiles?

It was at first but I changed it to three so that the writing would be more open and creative with multiple skills. Then, as we progress, three more skills from the next tier will open up and so on...
