On topic: as others have said, this will probably show developers that they need to do something about some of the game's mechanics. It can't be that a few days after release the race has ended and people "beat the game" already. So I'm kind of thankful for all you to push the boundaries now, on PTR, rather than later on live such that Blizzard realizes that they need to react. Skills must not scale with monster HP, otherwise it's pointless to increase their HP at all.

Just being there doesn't mean much, since there is no way to know if they used an Exploit or not. If it's 100 lvls using an Invulnerable Exploit or something, it's has good has nothing.
After lv 50 everything 1 shot you (even a 60 mil monk can't even consider to tank), the perfect setup, would be:
-Palm Monk support with "lime hearth" + Palm enhance wep.
-WD Suport with Tiksadian + Dot Skills + Furnace.
-DH Sentry build with the buged mantle 1sec CD on auto proc
-Wiz Sup CDR, Black Hole event horizon, force armor that make your endure 3 hits + frost build + "Lime Hearth".
The mobs have so absurd life that the only way to kill then is "Rimehearthing" the palmed mobs + Furnace. You can use a DH just for the purpose of finish residual HP and bc of their buged invencibility.
Botton line: Blizz will fix it, aka nerf to the ground Furnace and Rimehearth

Frostburn Gauntlets are bugged so it procs off cold elemental dmg on weapons, not on chilled mobs, which makes it easy to freeze mobs (or you have the barb do it with cold leaps). You clear the rift by applying EP to several mobs and then waiting for rimeheart proc to instagib one to set off EP killing the rest. Once you get to the RG you teleport out, swap your weapon to The Furnace, and use its procs to take off 6-8% (boosted by elite dmg but not fire) of the RG's current health at a time. Bul-Kathos's Wedding Band drains 0.4% of the enemies current health and heals you for 0.4% of your max health so it's like a smaller more consistent furnace proc if you don't have a furnace but I'm not sure it's worth using both since you only need a few procs to get it very low.

It's not a bug. Dealing cold damage, regardless of source, applies the chill effect which then starts the chain of procs between the two items. Anyway, it's a moot point as someone already pointed out when you have a freeze barb in the group.

I will echo the sentiments of others - this is why we have PTRs. A huge thank you to everybody who has been helping us test rifts thus far. Our internal testing team identified a number of skills and items to keep an eye on and Exploding Palm, Rimeheart and the Furnace were all on the list. The dedicated players on the PTR have shown what is possible when the game is stretched to the limits.
We're looking to make changes to Exploding Palm in the next PTR patch. Of the three (Exploding Palm, Rimeheart and the Furnace) we feel this is the biggest offender. It's not clear if Rimeheart is as offensive if you're not able to further transfer the resulting damage onto elite monsters via Exploding Palm.

If you mean "invulnerable exploit" like beacon sail, I inspect that party, they are 1 Monk, 1 Barb, 1 Crusader, all zDPS with millions thoughness and gear "working as intended"
I love how your first post is a "working as intended" Blizzard bash on a topic that got Blizzard's attention and is going to be fixed now.

3. A ring (bulkatose?) that sucks enemy's health
