As for Adria.... Missing and assumed dead.... I think she escaped personally but I doubt we will see her again. It depends if Diablo 3 is a prequel or a sequel
I nearly wanted to reach through the screen and choke them
I'm working on a machine that can do just that. It can kill a man over the Internet.
Actually. The program ties the other person up on their computer seat and then teleports you across the world right next to them with a rusty spoon
Then you can shout something snappy in his ear like "GFG BITCH!" just before you start to tear into his eye sockets with your spoon
Having 1, 2 or even 3 mercenaries would be awesome though. They would have to be weaker and more easily controlled; Increase the AI and commands.
I like the idea of a bunch of mercenaries but having more than 1 character class that you control seems a bit cheap. And it takes away from the online play which is designed so people can have big parties with other people instead of having big parties with themselves
The angel/demon idea sounds interesting. IF they introduced that then I think only the very best players should be allowed to transend beyond the human form. They would be very rare, like 1 in tens of thousands. It should only be done at the max level (100 for example) and when the person transforms they unlearn EVERYTHING (skills, stats, talents etc). They are given new skills to learn and a chance to redistribute stats
There strength is equivilent to a level 130~150 (if the max was 100)
I think thats more fair... As of how a person would be chosen to "Transend", a quest? random chance?
Well, Regardless of other characters I know Barbarians have to be able to leap. That would be like Necromancers without Raise Skeleton or Sorceress without Teleport. Leaping in 3d would be intuiging; leaping out of a bush in a PK area to get the first hit on your enemy.
I completely forgot, when Diablo III comes out everyone should get vent so numpad voices would be pointless
Unless it has a voice network thingy built into the game but i doubt it
In Diablo III you need the ability to dance, and they should keep the numpad voices aswell (maybe even expand a bit)
Would every character be able to jump or only Barbarians?
Maybe small jumps but the big leaps would have to be left to the the masters
Oh, wanna know the worst feeling? Getting hit by poison that does like 20K damage over like 60 seconds. Your health is going down, but you promised no pots...
I always use antidotes and mana pots in PK
Thats along time ago now though
I think it would of been better with less synergies; I dont mind the idea of synergies but.... some skills have way too many of them and some have none at all
And if your going to give a skill with magic damage a load of synergies then.... why not magic resistance so its not insta-death?
A more detailed character window which displays mf, gf, ias, fcr, fbr, fhc, attack speed and all the rest. The character windows should also display BASE and NOW on the attributes, like Diablo 1. I dont want to remove my equipment to see my base stats ffs.
And Magic resistance to go along with the other resistances down on the character screen.
Good idea right here
The ability to see a small area around a townportal (either your own or a party members), so you can check if its blocked with monsters
Makes sense doesnt it? you should be able to stick just a bit of your head through the portal to have a quick glimpse before someone swipes at it
Also, synergies.. they have their pros and cons but i think overall it limits the amount of builds players usually make per class
Although i wasnt really a big Diablo 2 player before the 1.10 synergies came out.. so maybe im just plain wrong
If gold was the main currency in Diablo3 then they could make it so Ethereal items remain more powerful, but instead of NOT being able to be repaired at all, it could be that they just cost several times more to be repaired?
Why not both? An infinite amount of arrows/bolts in every 'tube', but the arrows/bolts come in magic/rare/unique/set/crafted aswell... people would actually trade for arrows/bolts as they would effect the character greatly just like any other item on the character.
Do bows have durability? because im pretty sure they cant be ethereal...
Edit- i think Equinox basically said what i just said but when i read his post i didnt get it...
100 million for the Warcraft movie? is it full CGI?
Spiderman2 cost 200 million
Spiderman3 cost around 258 million
BUT, the budget for Transformers (the movie im told has awesome CGI) was 147 million

If you read up on the game lore you will realise that the world of Sanctuary is much more complex than just 2 factions
In Diablo 1 the Warrior could repair his own weapon and the Sorcerer could recharge his own staff. But it decreased the maximum durability/charges
If you click the "Edit' button on the last post you can add in the other text, so theres no double posting
