So far I have had varying responses about snapshotting EP in the latest PTR patch. Some say you can't snapshot assimilation and/or mythic rhythm & power pylon to EP, but there seems to be no evidence pointing towards this in the patch notes or forums.
Can someone confirm if snapshotting is still viable (mythic rhythm, power pylon and assimilation haven't been changed into dynamic buffs) ?
