While there is no NDA on Diablo III, technically uploading the files from the DVD is a copyright violation. It's no different from piracy. Same reason you are not allowed to upload a full movie to the internet. It still happens, but it's against the law, and companies do try to stop it.
Does that mean Blizzard tried to stop Boiler? Fuck if I know. I guess it really doesn't matter, if he doesn't want to upload the files, then they doesn't want to upload them. Not a lot we can do about it.
Doubt this will do anything to make people believe that yes in fact I do have the CE in my hands right now but here it is. Not really a spoiler or anything just a picture of the case with the bottom removed from it.
It's cool man, I believe you, and even if you got these from another source, you still provided us with stuff we've never seen before. That's good enough.
Who knows what his upload speed is like, it might not be very good. If it was me uploading this for example, I would warn you guys in advance, it would take a while.
Ouch, that sounds like a major screw up on Amazon's part. See if you can change your order right now to release day delivery. I dont think that option was available back in March.
Called the Gamestop where i ordered my CE from and they said i cant pick mine up until monday at midnight. Like WTF. People are getting theirs. Shoot, must work at store or something. As far as Leah goes maybe she doesnt die but resurrects once we finish Diablo. Seems like such a nice toon to destroy so soon in the series.
People who ordered online, and are getting their copies in the mail, are getting them this week. Amazon, and Best Buy, are making sure their customers are getting the game by this weekend, or Monday at the latest.
whatever you do, do not rip the DVD and make a torrent out of it. It can get you in major trouble. Yes I really really want to see the cinematics and the rest of the stuff on that DVD, but you don't want to get sued over this.
Dude, don't scare him away. He won't get sued. The worst that will happen is that the videos will just get removed.
Doesn't seem likely that they are not his. I haven't seen this pictures surface anywhere else. He could just be busy working on uploading them, who knows. We don't know what his level of computer knowledge is, so I would just cut him some slack. He doesn't owe us anything. He said he would try to upload them, if he doesn't, ooh well. Someone else will do it.

It's funny that his post actually showed up right as this thread got popular.
Yo dude, it's fine, really. One thing at a time. He can get the .iso up later.

He is still working on getting the videos up.
See! I told you guys he would come through for us. I had faith.
