I have tried rabbit, didn't like it; I have yet to try out some lamb - though I am curious about it.

Taking time and putting something together as a couple, or mixing bread dough with your hands, together in the same bowl, can be a wonderful experience. A few candles on the table with the lights dimmed and the perfect wine to accompany your dish, can make the night memorable. Even exquisite.
Couldn't agree with this more. Doesn't have to be fancy or expensive to be memorable, if it's done together even making relish, to put on hotdogs, together can be wonderful.

You chili sounds good except for the kidney beans (yuckkkk :P) - I will sub in hot&spicy chili beans instead.
Have you ever tried white bean chicken chili?

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise/miracle whip
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes (take all the guts out of tomatoes)
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbles (use real bacon not bacon bits)
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
assorted crackers
That is the main recipe. I usually make a few changes to it: ...I use 12 bacon strips and I like a lot more green onion. ...I usually just buy a 6oz bag of shredded cheddar and put it all in.

Calamari is one of the few sea food dishes I will eat fried. I prefer broiled or baked. I can't stand breading on my fish. Catfish is the only fish I think tastes better fried (well that I have tried anyway.)

Oooooo - that sounds very yummy. Not familiar with Sambel Olek though.
I use sweet chili sauce for lots of things. It's good on a hamburger and eggs...
