I second that. I just hope they come up with something that will please most everyone, I don't want to see a bunch of WoW's classes returning in D3. (Which is probably not going to happen, i'm remaining optimistic about Blizzard's class choices)
I doubt we will see WoW classes, some of the names might be similar, it's probably a pretty good chance we may see a "mage" but the spells will differ a lot hopefully.
I'm sure they won't let us down. The more people they make happy, the more that will buy it, and the more money they get and ALL companies want money.
How am i spose to know this im not some person with no life that just sits and watches videos about diablo
It doesn't take much time at all to figure out you can choose your characters sex. Has nothing to do with having a life or not really. They've been talking about it from day 1. Anyway mistakes happen.
I can't wait until they release more info on classes, so many possibilities.
Why not just add some WD original skills to the necromancer original set? It's not like they are doing anything too original...
Well I think it's because the summons/ WD unique skills make more sense on the WD. Like a WD breathing locusts onto things, the way mongrels look, or raising walls of zombies. Witch Doctors are known for raising zombies. Not that necros aren't it just fits a Witch Doctor more to me.
If the Witch Doctor was summoning skeletons I'd think to myself it should be a Necromancer skill.
Would be interesting if they even did a deamon character... say the deamon got tired of all the struggel between heaven and hell and went rouge and is now trying to stop diablo because he wants to make sanctuary his home or for more sinister reasons... sort of like the story in the diablo sin wars books where the angels and deamons banded together to create sanctuary...
Don't like the idea.
Happened in the Sin War, look what happened to that. One of the most powerful Angels ended up imprisoned in Hell.
Besides the Prime-evils want to make Sanctuary their home also. So they can use it as a outpost in the war against heaven.
Ah. But if they had more returning classes, I would want more new classes to counter that, and then we would have a whole mess of crap with the character selections, so I think Blizzard made a right choice. Have a favorite come back, but leave the rest to their imagination.

Well those things aren't part of their skill set yet but yes, Witch Doctors are known for curses. Voodoo etc.
I'm sure we'll see a good abundance of new spells though.

Oh is he? I thought he had left? I forgot his name.
Well we have nothing to base that from story/lore wise in the D3 world. So we'll have to see.
Ehh maybe, I think it's pretty unlikely though. No specific reason for that just the way I feel. Seems kind of cliche and what everyone expects.
Well from what I heard Inarius was considered either the most powerful or one of the most powerful.
Don't quote me for sure, but I know he was high up there.

Yeah I agree also.
I'm just going to miss the sorceress.
Oh well I'm sure they'll find a good replacement.
Oops that should say "all our old favorites"
As in more of the old classes.
