i dont see any issue with %block modifiers since you do have the %block input box. however, you might want to separate base %block from +%block modifiers (HS, GAngel). i have a link to someone else's calculators, i think they are pretty accurate so lmk if u want that link

lol i dont think he can do anything about it, maybe put up a comments and criticisms section. maybe have a reviewer, its based off wiki isnt it? i wouldnt know since i dont deal with web site design, but i do read guides; fancy graphics and cool presentation can only do so much to cover up lack-luster guides.

So in short Mags, everything that you coded actually works perfectly it seems. It's just that the keyword smiter isn't actually present as a keyword on the actual smiter build.
lol yup, pretty big fundamental error tho, since the build is most commonly termed 'smiter.'
also, some guides while really interesting in presentation, lack the sort of meta-game explanations. for this example, we'll take the (uber) smiter guide:
Amulet
Mara's Kaleidoscope or Highlord's Wrath
now, why maras vs. highlords? of course anyone who has played 2-3 months will know the difference, but its not elucidated in the guide itself, which mostly newbies would use. However, to point out, highlords %ds does not effect smite damage. thus the only useful mods that ammy would provide would be light res and the +1 skill, whereas for an uber build, maras provides all res and +2 skills. However, the guide is not solely based on uber, so highlords is a possibility if and only if the character was a hybrid smite/melee - zeal, charge, etc.
not to pick on who ever wrote it, or the site, as a self described compendium i did not expect to find large 24 page guides, but i did expect a little more than, hey use maras or hl, without a proper explanation as to why (so what if you cannot find either ammy? why are those ammys top choices? if you understand those basics you can figure out the mechanics and find alternates; the teach a man to fish thing...)
graphically though, its much better than other sites kutgw!

the little red box comes up with smiter written in it. i click it, it goes on the bar with a little red 'x' next to it. hit search and it just refreshes basically. but as frozen said, you 'smiter' build doesnt exist when u search smiter; works on smite or paladin tho.

Tested it with Firefox 4 release version and I can't seem to replicate your scenario.
1. If you have any add-o: deactivate them, refresh your cache, reload the page.
2. If you have any options ticked in your settings that prevent Javascript from running, untick them. Javascript must be allowed to work.
3. When you type smiter into the search box, and then wait about a second before doing anything else, does the drop-down box appear that says "searching"?
4. Is the pop-up box appearing when you load the home search page (it should be at the bottom unless you disabled it)?
5. Do you ever experience annoying amounts of latency with your internet connection ('lag')?

all i do is update firefox when it tells me to and add adblock. searching "smiter" yields no results - all it does is take me back to the homepage.
