Yea, I understand that. But 25% chance to crit seems huge for passives alone. With high-end items added to this I'm sure that a Barbarian can achieve 50+% critical chance, which is pretty insane.
I must say that, as a future Wizard, I'm jealous ;x

Playing a Wizard. Looking for Demon Hunters to play with.
FYI: I posted this here instead of the Barbarian forums because I wanted to see what everyone thought, not just those people who plan on playing Barbarians. I will be re-posting this on the Barbarian forum as well.
So after looking through the class skills (specifically passives), I came across something interesting and unique about the Barbarian that none of the other classes can even come close to. As most of us know, our characters will eventually have 3 passive skills. What I came across, and what I fear is going to make the Barbarian's damage much higher than any other class, is a combination of these 3 passive skills:
Weak Spot - Increases critical strike damage by 100%
Ruthless - Increases critical strike chance by 5% and increases critical strike damage by 50%.
Frenzied Attacks - When wielding two weapons, the character has 20% increased critical strike chance and 30% increased critical strike damage.
If we add this all up we see that the barbarian (while wielding 2 weapons) has a base 25% critical strike chance, and an extra 180% damage on critical strikes without any bonus from stats and/or items!.
I plan on playing a Wizard to begin with, but if I start a second character it will be a Barbarian with this setup for sure. What are your thoughts on this?
