Step 2. Have items pending delivery. A collector's edition that have diablo items (Valor wings don't count yet since they haven't been delivered. So SC2 DDE or D3 Collector's Edition or RoS DDE.
Step 3. Look down at the bottom left of the screen for the icon that looks like an envelope.
It will be at the bottom left of the screen when you are inside a game. It will be quite obvious with a mail type icon. You will be able to click it and see pending notifications, items you can redeem into your bag. Everytime I make a character I have like 4 notifications, because of RoS DDE and Heart of the Swarm DDE. That said, I am sure we have to wait a short big longer on the Wings of Valor since they said "Starting March 20th" and I haven't read of anyone receiving them yet.
