9 out of 10 runs on T1 i saw "oliver" instead of any other rare XD. i just want to craft the sage set and at this point i haven't seen a drop from anything here >.> I know RNG is a rude thing and all but I need to farm 1 of 3 rares to drop the Mystical Source and i end up getting Oliver for the Eternal Power Capsule which he doesn't drop either XD. WTB more then one Rare per attempt Otherwise anyone else have better luck in Pony Land?

blizz will not recover your character for a dc i'm afraid.

we haven't had any maintanence until recently either for diablo >.>

you ASSUME i meant EVERY patch for Blizzard. Nice job jumping to the conclusion there buddy. RoS patches/ 2.0 patchs. I've been playing blizzard games for years and never had 3 weeks of extended maintanence. Sorry that i have to make things so crystal clear so ppl don't jump on me like i'm a horrible person. Locust swarm would be rather effective since it ticks damage and it's spread with ease so you don't have to point and click so often but i see what you are getting at

i have yet to see "set" items for any of my characters and i started at paragon 128 and i'm now 178 >.> i've seen mostly rings, bracers and DH items like one handers and quivers. Some are just lucky vs others. I wouldn't worry too hard with RoS a few weeks to go Wait til the lv 70 gear like the lv 70 only legendary potions that never run out

the last 2 weeks is what i'm talking about...don't think i'm hating on blizz. just stating that for 2.0 patches before RoS they should just say it will be longer due to having to fix way too much stuff....calm yourselves...

Let me be short and sweet here. Every week we get " maintenance " that is always extended. Just say will be down til 6 pst and be done with it. I'm really tired of this extend then again and then again. Just say 6pm pst and if it goes up early great....>.> dont' get my hopes up of it being available around lunch it's not nice.

NA servers for D3 are having issues and Blizz would like Trace Info and such.

the Fire % boost on bracers for me would mean try to mix some good fire spells and maybe stuns or freezes? depends on if you have trouble nuking elites. i could see meteor and a hydra perhaps? i usually look at what my gear gives me for bonus stuff such as extra damage on a spell and % damage buff like your bracers.

Blizz has stated 2 hours is the norm for a Legendary to drop without ANY MF buff, friends buff, or difficulty buff. I see ONE legendary about every hour on T1-3 and i have MF of 65%. You are guarenteed 1 legendary PER boss kill for your FIRST boss kills. so if you made a new hero and you level him to 60 you should have gotten a legendary from each "main" boss and "sub" boss..example being Skeleton king and butcher. Where as once you hit 60 you get no such reward for constantly killing bosses. That's why you see less as 60 then when you leveled. Even in a 4 man group at 60 i saw 2 legendaries in 1.25 hours. ALSO i'd like to mention that your "time leveling" is shared on all your characters so if you didn't get a leg on your Barb after 2 hours and you swap to your monk, let's say, you should see a drop within the hour on that monk since the time is shared. I've tested this and i spend an hour on my DH with no drop, switch to my WD and 15 minutes later i got one. >.> they are still working out all the bugs and exploits in the game still as well.

I got Cluckeye it's bow that has a chance to shoot chickens...i don't care about how "dumb" you think it is i find hilarious to just mess around sometimes. you can't be serious all the time >.> get some laughter ppl

it could be a life on hit issue where they have more life on hit, what points they spend in their paragon tree or what level that are at, or a resistance/dodge issue. There is so many things that can change if this works or not. You are going to have to try and "massage" your build and stats until you find a balance that works better for you. Perhaps you need just a bit more resist or even armor. Hope this helps even just a tad. There are so many options for builds that it's hard to pin point what exactly others are doing vs you. ^.^ Good luck with leveling

I sit in chat to see what new legenaries ppl are getting and all you get are ppl that are so rude I go and pretty much leave chat. They keep asking "where do I gotta farm" for certain legendaries and how they are "collecting statistics" with reset quest button. You just get all those immature pricks that think they are so much better then you cause they try to find ways to exploit the game and keep making blizz hot fix it. Tis a sad day where I can't even sit in a general chat to have a nice discussion. Should of realized after I played wow there would never be a good "general" chat again. Wish sometimes ppl would just grow up and not have to belittle everyone.
