    With that kind of mitigation stats (in combination with Unity) you should get Force Weapon (FW) and add Frost Nova, so you would have 20% Elemental Exposure and extra 20% FW. Extra DPS.
    To receive the EE credit wouldn't he have to use Frozen Mist? Also, poison damage from your WoW will not contribute to EE.

    Has anyone acquired these bracers in PTR (soon to be live) or beta and tried this out? I feel like it could become BiS with some CDR and MI: Duplicates. If anyone has accomplished this, does it increase your Toughness on the stat sheet?

    Anyway, I have been checking this site for years and finally decided to sign up :)
