You can attack ANYONE, you could attack Cain if you wanted, but he would prolly turn around and blast your ass. You can kill civilians, adults, children, inbetween. You can attack anyone.
Now because of this, you have to option to do things that would be considered, "EVIL" (Like attacking and killing a five year old girl).
This would develop to your alignment. A few things could happen from here.
For starters, you could very well be exiled from a particular city, if you go in there, guards attack you in the tens (I assume they would always half your level, so you can take a few down, but if they keep coming, you're screwed).
With this, you might have to find alternate ways of restocking, resuiting and repairing, thus "EVIL" zones would exist. This could be ANYWHERE. Heck, it might be in a cavern right under a "GOOD" city, or in the middle of nowhere surrounded by demons, who knows?
Depending on your alignment, different times of day (Night and day) would effect your STAT POINTS. Nothing else, it wouldn't take your skills or masteries down, just STATS.
Other things would be your apperance (Like "Black & White", if your creature was evil, it LOOKED evil, red eyes, blood stains, ect. ect.)
Countless things could be determened by your alignment.
First of all, I made all these polls 12 hours ago, a little late to complain now.
Second, it doesn't get us far having a thread that goes off topic and if it does stay on topic, the ideas get mixed, changed, everyone goes their own ways. This poll is specific to the idea. If you like the idea, say yes, if not, say no. If you have suggestions, post them, but there is no fence sitting. Later we can amend the polls to suit the suggestions.
And I just busted my lip, so I'm angry, sorry if I seem to be focusing it.
Sounds good, but I think by the time D3 comes out, there will be hundreds and hundreds of members here. We could start a few clans, depending on who wants to bunk with who.
Perhaps if the alignment vote passes this could give you an excuse to be a demon? (Maybe at a certain point of evilness you can turn evil, visa versa with good angels, who knows)

Nice find though, I'd still be surprised if they dropped the news there though. Happy, but surprised.

I think he MEANT.
If they play D2, they are new to the game, otherwize they would go out and buy the expansion.
And (I assume he plays closed, not battle.net) every single person hacks, so unless you hack too, or pay millions for hacked items, you can't compete.
I think....
