    Yeah and? This site is about Diablo as a whole, not just Diablo 3. So it's very likely he was talking about Diablo 2. I can imagine that in 2005, Diablo 3 was barely in development by what they've stated in interview about the game being in production for 6 years.

    And its about Diablo 3. Back then, everything posted on this site was purely speculative. We didn't know any information at all for the first few years. Of course, you wouldn't know that since you've been a member of this site for less than 2 weeks.

    Back in 05', 06' there was a guy who made a bunch of predictions that came true. We all laughed at the time, especially when he said that the code name for Diablo 3 was Hydra. I can't remember his name but it would be awesome if we found the posts again. I thought you couldn't search any post before 2008 when Diablofans was actually Diablo3.com?

    This introduction is remarkably underwhelming. It did not elicit any kind of excitement from me. I honestly think I would give it a 3/10. There was nothing that made me wanting more, which is what an introduction teaser should do. In my opinion this game is simply not meeting expectations. Skyrim's amazing game play does not help Diablo's cause either.

    The Barbarian looks so much more fun then I thought he'd be. I only made one barb in Diablo 2 and it simply wasn't fun to play, even with great gear.

    Appears to be the strongest class at this point, but its probably just an illusion.

    So, I've spent about half of today reading the write-ups all of the internet about the press event and comments on them.
    I just have to say that to all of the people saying negative things about the game. How the Real money AH, the online requirement, the change in the skill/rune/passive skill system will ruin the game. And I'd just like to say that I don't give a rat's ass about any of those things. To be entirely honest, I played almost exclusively offline only playing with others over lan. And all of these changes don't change the fact that I'm going to purchase the game and love every second of playing it. I should just stop reading all of those comments, the just end up annoying me and getting me riled up.

    Reading everyone's responses to the changes is definitely a buzzkill. Especially when its more whining than constructive critism.

    Well at first I thought he got all of the info secondhand, like from a friend or brother or something that was at the conference, but then I remembered that post when he said he was playing the game for 3-4 hours at blizzard headquarters (which by the way is an extremly long time for a press event). So he must have gone to the event, but never recieved a press kit?
