Does the new etched sigil work with black hole? as in, will a black hole be cast every second while channeling Disintigrate or does it only work with secondary AP spenders?
Don't forget, they also nerfed the Double Dipping on battle rage: bloodshed which was also a big hit to our damage. IK needed a nerf and I think they overnerfed it, 200% damage would be a lot better and still only be half of what it originally was, less so with all the other nerfs.
PE is, I think,worthwhile for sure, at rank 50 it ticks for 900% weapon damage per second as physical. with say 40% physical damage that's 1260% damage per second per mob which is a lot of damage.
and don't worry about being resource starved; Attack speed increases COTA attack speed increases Fury generation from ancient's fury rune
I really like the new IK set, it's really thematic with perm WOTB (the immortal King) commanding his troops (COTA) and it's a very flexible set. You can basically build it however you like as opposed to the set bonuses only working with certain skills or elements.. i've seen WW builds, SS builds, mixing in 2pc of WW set for uber rend, mixing with 4pc reakor for some FC action and i feel like that's only scratching the surface. It's like the Ahkan set for Crusadars; here's full uptime on an awsome buff with RCR, have fun.
that said, my main concern is that it edges out the other barb sets because every set bonus is SO DAMN GOOD. What other set can compete with the combination of permanent WOTB with all runes and 5 times more damage?
