Great point Jideo. I would also inform that the earthquakes from leaps and whatever can be spread around because they continue hitting for a few seconds. Especially helpful for large large gruops, you don't need to stay in the one spot jumping. I recall having 600k Hp aswell at around your level.

You have the right selection of gear but, just not the stats in some of them. Unfortuneately you've also rerolled the wrong stats but the build below will help you correct it.

    Off my head
Hellfire Amulet, or any amulet, needs +physical % dmg and CHD + socket. Hellfire is only good if it has a crazy passive. Otherwise, use something different.
Weapon - I find that Life per fury is crazy good. When you jump 3x then boulder toss, back to full HP
    Wrist - mandatory +physical % dmg

Use this build and stat allocation on gear, because I use this and I cleared grift 74 last night with only 130paragons more than you.

    You also need Furnace cubed

I think the top barb support builds stack vit and survivability. You aren't there to dps so going all out on survive is the key. I watch Chainer stream and he almost never dies.

i would just try a 2.3 ww build or a 2.3 ww-rend build both should easily do gr 55

Thanks. I already completed it sometime earlier this week. For me it was the hardest of all 4 builds. I wrote up a build for it but something happened and didn't get published.

No idea what you mean by "MOTE" and "LoN"

LoN - Upcoming change to Legacy of Nightmare set will surely make this show a lot.
    No idea about MOTE

posted a message on How does Stricken apply on earthquake

Good question. I wish stricken was a debuff we could actually see. With how long it takes bosses to die at a higher GR I imagine seeing much much higher dmg numbers but I don't. The only times they die quick is after 50%

I personally have grift 66 on a comfortable farm whilst pushing 71. I also use leapquake. I'm ~730P atm.

posted a message on almost able to solo grift 70, what to change?

You have almost the exact same setup as I do and similar +700P. I finally hit grift70 last night after a few attempts due to low denisty.
    I would recommend;
    - find similar high level players and do 4mans at an increased grift level. My group is 3mages+1barb and we clear grift 74 whilst I can only do 69-70. For the gem upgrades
    - I know your hellfire amu is pretty OP but I would really recommend farming them again to get +phys% over str or even crit if you don't want to farm endlessly
    - Get a better Focus ring, it sucks balls. I know your pain tho, my Focus sucks too.
    - Try to level some leg gems you don't use and sacrifice them to 'augment an ancient' using the cube. I think a lev65 gem will enchant an item to have an extra 250 or 350 str. But only put it on your OP ancient weapon and those almost max stat ancient armour

    Quote from adambjjoz»

Sadly this is why Barbs and Monks are completely useless in group play (and solo), unless they play as the one specialist support barb in high-end grifts.

All they can do is clear white trash, but white trash clearing is slow and next to useless at progressing a rift/grift compared to just slaughtering elites and nothing else like what Wizards and Crusaders do. White trash clearing is also doubly useless as none of the enemies drop progress bubbles, legendaries, ancients, deaths breaths, gems or much money.

So just do what the rest of us do and quit any pub rift containing Barbs or Monks, then enter one with Crusaders, Wizrads and DH's.

Thanks for digging up this dead thread noob.

posted a message on LF WW build to clear grift 55 for conquest

Back in season4 i played WW because it was trendy and did okay in grifts but now I read that it sucks and has been nerfed. I can't seem to find some solid advice on the WW build and gear+stats to aim for.

I'm trying WW barb for conquest 55grift clear, it sucks. Low damage but I probably suck.
Raekors sucks, for me at least, very clicky and hurts my fingers (cleared 55grift)
HoTa/immortal kinds was meh (cleared 55grift)
Earth is great, its easy and fun, cleared 68grift.
