Blackhole - Blazar (Fire Damage) -> switched to Archon now because i have vyr set with Royal Ring of Granduar also.
For Passive Skills I use:
Paralysis or Astral Presence or Blur (This is an optional passive, i just use Paralysis because i have Shard of Hate and Electrocute - Fork Lightning rune and also have the Amulet Haunt of Vaxo which whenever I stun, i summon 2 Shadow clones of myself that comes and fight for me for 15 seconds, cd is 30 seconds (Diablo's Shadow Clones) and my basic attack pretty much spams a bunch of lightning on the map.)
Elemental Exposure (Definitely for all the different type of elemental damage you do)
Prodigy (To be able to spam more frozen orbs or cast black hole)
Unwavering Will (As a wizard, I definitely find myself standing still for at least 1.5 seconds quite often, this will give you more damage and survivability)

My favorite build so far is an all elemental build, loved it so far and haven't changed it, I also have the tal rasha set so i wanted to utilized all the meteors that I can, each of those different meteors are on a different cool down from the set.
