    Maybe you could also get a cold damage bow for your scoundrel and give him multishot. I've used this for the wizard cold passive and it seems to work well.

    It's unfortunate that we need to do this type of testing at all. It should just work in an obvious way or have some kind of detailed description.

    Thanks for posting this, I've been thinking about switching to blood magic. Going to see if I can make it work.

    Depends on the build. Some benefit from the MH+OH combo for faster attacks, others the big, slow hits of a 2H. Then you got the crazy melee tank wizards (like me) who use MH+Shield.

    The thing with the 2H has to do with Arcane Power usage. With a 2H you were able to sustain damage as opposed to blowing it all with fast weapons and then waiting a bit then blowing it again.

    This was the main reason behind 2H usage early on in D3, I'm sure the builds have changed a bunch since then so I'm not sure how 2H is seen these days in a Wizard's eyes.

    I think that's still true. I just switched to a 1275 DPS 2-hander and had a big jump in my overall damage, but my AP seems to drain quicker because I don't have the AP on crit mod anymore. That should be added to 2-hand weps, imo.

    I've seen a similar glitch were the same exact BK ring dropped twice but about 10 seconds apart.

    Agreed, same goes for my hydra.

    But what about the first cold hit? Is this increased by 20% as well? or is the first one 100% while each cold hit after that is 120%?

    I've been using Comet for a while now and it's fun. It can be difficult to use on fast mobs, but it's great for the ones that stand still (ranged or un-aggro'd) and if you time it right you can use it while kiting. It also has the added bonus of slowing them down after the first big hit.

    Instead of worrying about doing wand damage when you are out of AP, why not just take a signature spell that costs no AP? Then you can spam that as you recover.

    I keep switching between one and 2 handers depending on which is higher DPS. I'm using a wand/source now but was just using a 2 hander. Unfortunately it's hard to make a direct DPS comparison because the +/- stats neglects the bonuses from the source.

    In the OP's case switching to a one hander with a source may help with your AP problems depending on the stats of the source (+AP of some kind)

    Even for ranged characters it's not necessarily a good thing. I like to save them during big battles for when I need them most. With a huge pickup radius that's not possible.

    Yes, Nightmarish was in the Beta and induces fear.

    The Vortex ability has also been datamined and I believe it works as you have described.

    I've seen 2 types of wallers in other videos. One where they make a 3-walled cage around you and another where the monster puts up a wall in front of it (maybe for ranged attackers?)
