    It sounds like what Pearce had said. It sounds like development is "technically" complete. The reason they are probably changing things is because of internal feedback. Just remember, everyday is another day closer to beta - AND release!

    Who's to say the bosses in Diablo III will even be worth running time after time? Sure, the Normal and Nightmare bosses may be easy when you get to a high enough level, but they won't drop gear you're seeking (most likely). So that being said, the bosses you would be running would most likely be in Hell mode. Blizzard has stated that boss fights will be quite unique and resemble fights from games such as Legend of Zelda and World of Warcraft. And Hell sounds like it will be, well, Hell.

    So do you really want to get into a battle with a boss that has 5 different stages, is hard to kill in the first place, health globes that drop only occasionally, and the chances for the loot you are looking for is a percent of a percent?

    I suppose since drops will be seen on a per player basis, you could team-MF. However, cooperation in Hell mode will be key to victory, and you would have to have a stellar team to romp bosses over and over again, let alone get to them first. One little flaw in the team's composition and you could be looking at defeat after defeat.

    I really hope that bosses aren't the best way to get the best items in the game. I really hope it stays balanced that artisans can eventually make epic gear, and that you have chances of finding the gear you're looking for, just by fighting ordinary mobs.

    But Blizzard's goal is to have a more organized, better connected Battle.net so it is easier to play with your friends. I wouldn't count out Guilds in Diablo III. They may not be anything really special, other than a roster, Guild tag, and a chatroom in the Battle.net interface, but I think they will find a system like this to keep people together.

    They'd rather have people staying on Battle.net rather than Alt+Tabbing out to a forum.

    Yep. Bows are kinda underpowered. There is only one bow that really gets the job done right though. And I have found that bow to be the Faith runeword. What a beast.

    Lots of good, solid news spewing from Blizzard regarding Diablo III lately. I wonder when they're going to let the cat out of the bag (official beta announcement).

    If I don't get opted-in right away like I did with StarCraft II last year, I'll be a sad panda. I wasn't even that huge of a StarCraft fan, but I played the hell out of the beta. I can only imagine what the Diablo III beta would do to me.

    It would probably be healthier if I was never chosen to play.

    I would like to have a balance of both survivability and damage. I don't want to be the last one standing every match, in a 2v1 of frantic desperation. I'd rather like to be able to outlast damage, as well as deal it back equally. And if things do take a turn for the worst, and I am left alone on my team, I can count on the balance of those two to help me win the disadvantage.

    But again, it would really depend on the class I'm using... But I'd go for the same idea for every class.

    I very much enjoy my Strafe/Freezing Arrow Zon. She literally tears shit to pieces. Even with Freezing Arrow she blasts through Cold Immunes. I haven't run into anything I can't stop.

    One thing that really makes me happy to hear is that low tier skills won't be garbage anymore. In Diablo II, I loved some of those low level spells. But after a while, their effectiveness ran out, no matter how many points you stuck into them or their synergies. I'm glad to see things in Diablo III will be different.

    And did I mention that Skill Runes make it even better?
