I would imagine the spellcaster at least carrying a staff. Unless that glowing orb thing is like the latest form of a staff or wand. Which happens to be really cool I think.
I like the "lightning globe" orb she's holding. Wands and staffs are a little cliche these days, not to mention she's pretty young to be needing a walking stick!

How can you hate having options? I HATE being limited. I HATE playing the same character as everyone else. If there are this many options you character can really be unique, quirky, and fun to play. Not to mention re-playability.
Maybe they switched the name from mercenaries to followers because, instead of hiring them to fight with you, they chose to join you as your renown grows. Making them literally "followers"
Heaven for me to start off with but i would def get around to playing hell..Heaven first only because imo i believe heaven would stand for the defensive side as opposed to hell which would probably be stronger offensivly. I always believe a good defence is what makes a good offence so thats just my 2 cents
Its the other way around, the best defense is a good offense. Its hard for someone to attack you while you are beating the hell out of them!

Amen to that. I have loved EVERYTHING Blizzard has made. I'm sure Diablo 3 is going to be Amazing and all my spare time will be spent on it. I'm sure I'm going to miss meals and sleep for it.
Blizzard has not failed me yet, so I trust them completely in making a game that I will LOVE. I was awed by the game play video and can't wait till it comes out.
