I upgraded to windows 10 a month ago and wasnt playing d3 at the time. Im playing it again now but im having a problem, when i turn up the brightness in diablo 3, it increases the brightness of everything i do. I alt tab alot and the desktop is as bright as the sun.
Another example, I’m a hardcore solo player and I’m about to die. I have an item equipped that lets me tag in another one of my characters to continue the fight for me. Now I don't lose that character and can try a different strategy to win the fight. It helps me in Marvel vs. Capcom, so why can’t I look at the same mechanic here.
I love that idea. Did you (or anyone else) ever play Darkspore? That swapping strategy is what made that game so unique. You controlled a squad of 3 heroes and could make one the active hero on the fly at any time depending on the enemies you were facing.
One of the best arpg's until the dev's broke tork and abandoned game. Each char also had a unique passive other chars could use. Love that game

I kind of like it, it relys on the player not the para/gem lvl/gear.
The solo ladder doesnt really matter since people lvl up their para/gems in ez mode 4ppl games
Anyone else having problems with fire blast missing? Its like the wd chicken, the boom misses some how.
Same stacks, same mob, zero damage or 1 shot.
Yes, seems to happen from time to time. No idea why, afaik there is no to-hit-roll. I also wonder if a crit can trigger the burn-effect. Yesterday I lost 3 lvl90 rifts at the RG because he accidently got incinerated. And I don't left-click at all.
I was having the same problems with my wd chicken i use to do bounties on. Mine only works half the time, its like massive desync. I got fios with no lag, so its not my side.

Truth be told this is not the correct place to discuss morality of THUD since the majority here are too inclined to deem it a cheap despite being fine with the wizard energy twister meta that exploits an unintended game mechanic, i.e. tornadoes being stuck in corners. Clearly not how the skill was designed.
THUD did nothing illegal, it simply reads the information being fed to your client, the "map hack" is the same result you get when you hook up your game to a multi-monitor setup.
I'm not trying to justify the THUD users but it's more legit than botting the game since these people are still playing the actual game and they are still being gated by the paragon requirements like everyone else. TBH it's very reminiscent of WoW -> everyone is using addons but not everyone is good at the game.
THUD is still an unfair advantage but think about this: the fairness of someone who can get to paragon 1000 and someone who can get to 2400, in the end of the day: this and a lot of RNG decides the outcome.
As an avid crack smoker i dont think its bad compared to pcp/heroin, should be legal since there are worse things out there.
Lots of people smoke the stuff, that makes it ok doesnt it?
Honestly, if you cant cant differentiate between what bliizard puts in the game and what you put in the game, there is no hope
I would love to see the gold auction house back, i could get a few extra empowered rifts with the stuff i de.

This is incorrect, i got many chars to 99 doing cows. In the early days only diablo himself gave you xp from 98 to 99 (or was it 100 i forget), i used to help clear chaos for the first 99 on east. Departy with 8ppl in group and static him down while barb gets kill.
I've used THUD in the past, coming from wow where you have addons like weakauras to display whatever info you need, I very much preferred all the data on-screen over the vague indications the vanilla UI has. The recent banwaves have spooked me a little so I don't find it worth the risk to use it any more
My question to you guys; If THUD scrapped the maphack and just had the improved UI would you be OK with people using it?
Its kind of part of the difficulty in d3, knowing your buffs and cooldowns.
So a boss who does nothing but stand there has 21bil hp on g41 yet saxtris (snake who constantly summons adds and tornados) has 33bil on g38? Sometimes you gotta wonder about the devs, they cant really be this clueless can they?

Im currently using the apd bracers and calamity. How would a well rolled pair of the shield % bracers and safe passage on teleport do?
I have a 1.1mil shield standing in town (no deflection stacks)
