You'd swear this was the end of the world for the OP. OMG NOT 5 WHOLE HOURS A WEEK!!???!?! That only gives you 163 hours to play the game till the next maintenance! OMG!
Thanks for the tips. Yes, I haven't cared too much about my resistances as they haven't been too much of an issue throughout inferno. I believe that might be what I am doing 'wrong' to make D tele on top of me, going too near the cracks. I'll avoid them, as I think this is 90% of the problem with D constantly tele'ing on me.

I've tried mixing up the build, adding in vault, or shadow power but I'm not getting the right combination of skills from what I've experienced. I use map to my positional advantage, keeping space or an object/crevice between me and D. I've watched some D kills on Youtube but they all seem to be prior to 1.0.4 or 1.0.3 and not sure if it's me but Diablo barely moves or teleports in those videos and seems to be easy pickings. Not so in the times I've tried. He (she?) is constantly chasing, and teleporting on top of me.
Anyone have suggestions? A different build? A DH video fighting Diablo in 104? Something?!
The last couple of nights I didn't see any gold spammers. I think Blizz put a banhammer on them, at least temporarily. Still see people trying to sell unid items. Not sure why though, unless there are still people buying them who haven't read about the exploit. Regardless if you're an honest seller, it's still bad practice to be selling unid items in this situation.
I doubt Blizz will be doing anything about it soon. I've read this exploit has been around since the beta.
As of level 60 and into Inferno (currently stuck on Rakanoth - Act 4) , I've found about 5 items that were upgrades for my DH, the rest were through the GAH, or trade. I did a lot of solo Act1 and Act2 runs. Act1 I could run with about 200MF (inc NV) and just NV stacks for Act2. I can start farming Act 3 this week.
So that's a lot of grinding for gear, but they do drop occasionally. I'm probably the average player that Blizzard targeted as the estimated time playing to complete the game.
You don't want to be buying any UNid items after there's been an exploit revealed that players can see number of affixes and types of affixes on those items.
You're a good person for doing this. Hopefully, and at the same I doubt it, that Blizz will fix this somehow. Although that sort of coding seems in-grained into the game and might be difficult to fix. We'll have to see what their response is to this now that it's out and all players know of it.
If you've been reading the official forums, there is a way to view the number and type of affixes on unid items that have been popular to sell in the /trade channel. DO NOT BUY THEM.
There is a method in the linking of the item in game that will allow the player to see the codes, then apply that list of codes to the affix list on the links below (LINKS REMOVED) that will tell the player how many, and what affixes are on the unid'd item. If it's good, it's kept. If it's not, it's sold to some unwary buyer in trade. Otherwise known as scammed.
Put on GF gear and run Dank Cellar from the Old Ruins waypoint in early Act 1 Inferno. You can make 300-400K/hour running it with 165+GF. Takes 30-50seconds to run it each time depending on your skills/toon. The Cellar isn't always available as it's random but it's there more than not. There's an elite in there, easy to kill usually drops a blue or 2, sometimes a rare, and a gem or two, up to perfect squares, or tomes of secret. So it's a great spot to farm gold and crafting mats.
Just do search on YouTube for Dank Cellar Gold Find and you'll get lots of hits showing you where it's at and how to run it effectively.
