i pretty much failed high school because of it, i would stay home occasionaly and play it, not every day though, and my school was hard enough without skipping lol, i wouldnt blame it all on d2 though, there was definetly other factors
eh souls arent that hard, unless u suck, and why would they make monsters less powerful, they arent gonna make a buncha easy ass monsters in there because people have lvl 25s in hell mode, and wth would u wanna change pvp, people dropping their items would be retarded, we want diablo 3 not another diablo 1, what they should do instead of dropping that person items is increase the meaning of gold in the game so its actualy worth something, and get that when u kill someone
yeah why dont we just go back and make our guy represented by a symbol like @ lol and monsters are #.... lol thatd be just like rogue if anyones ever played that
I often think back of how my time could have been used more wisely, but I really don't care, because fighting the forces of Hell for about 1/3 of my lifetime should earn me my right to enter Heaven after dieing!!
lmao be sure to tell them that when they wont you in, *lip quivering* but i defeated mephisto diablo and bhaal and legions of demons and undead u gotta let me in! u cant do this to me ima lvl 99 paladin!
lol yeah im probably up there with you darkjay, i started playin like almost as soon as it came out, and played it up untill recently, and i played everyday nearly
lol yeah i remember when i first started playin and some guy rushed me to nm when we could still skip the ancients, then i couldnt join normal games n i was all mad n stuff lol
I think the game will look like diablo 2 except at higher res, and with only slight style changes. Blizzard isnt going to make a game that is barely recognizeable in the screenshots. When you see a screenshot, you will know it's diablo 3, folks.
The other two diablo games used pre-rendered 3d models on low res textures. I dont know about the specifics of their models, but they might be able to use them in the game, straight up, they wont of course.
And there is no doubt that the game will be 3d, either. It essentially has to be 3d; in a game as huge as d3 will need to be, 2d would be approaching practical physical limits.
One benifit of 3d will be all the extra detail youll be able to see on a character, about equiped items and overall state. Another benifit is that there could be a lot of shared animations between different classes, such as leap attack, etc.
yes but do you have any idea of what kind of computer it would take to run a 3d world like that and have skills like leap attack and teleport, looks like i better start saving ^_^, although the extra detail would be really awesome, like i said in a earlier post, im really anxious to see the armor and weapons
