Based in my experience i would say yes, i have seen the most rares items dropped in the same game, i mean there have to be some coincidences when you see 2 calamity's dropped within minutes of diferences.

I was trying to level up to 70 the fastest way possible and by myself i can do it in 6hs aprox. From 1 to 40 in act1 bounties and from 40 to 70 in rifts, mostly master difficult (if i find a gg early weapon)
But i was wondering if i start a party of 4 lv1 chars, that way would it be more efficient? maybe clearing full rifts since the close bonus is not that huge.
What do you guys think? how are you going to level up when season 2 starts?
I would guess Molten Wildebeest's because as a ranger character you're not getting hit that often to make esoteric alteration useful (for me is more a melee gem) and you can always retreat (with teleport) to a safe spot and regen life.
But that's just my guess, T6 dmg isn't really that hard to diminish and you are looking for a T6 build not a Grift build.
What are your toughts about fire based tempest rush build? I was thinking using warstaff of general quang + Cindercoat + Strongarm bracers + hexing pants.
That way you get the effect of the Tailwind rune for moar speed and the fire rune on Tempest rush applies the knockback effect so 30% moar dmg from the bracers.
Since you're using cindercoat the cost is really low and you can switch the wind ally for the fire ally for 20% moar dmg (with crudest boots)
The rest of the build is like all the tempest rush builds, just enough CDR so you can mantain tempest rush with the help of epiphany.
For gems i would guess taeguk, bane of the powerful and bane of the trapped but i supuse there are better combinations.
2hs played i got so far: ancient sunwuko ammy (decent) ancient 2H@4400dps, ancient firebirds boots (first upg since years) a nice ancient arcane barb and a few others.
So yeah, i think they need to drop down the rarity a little bit, so far i think it's to high
thanks for the reply, the problem was on my side, i just adressed a ticket with my ID photo and blizzard deleted my autentificator can close the thread =)
I can login to the servers because the password is saved and the game automatically enter to the lobby but i can't enter the PTR because the game ask for the authenticator code (same as the bnet forums and i can't request ticket...) but i don't have my phone anymore (it's broken) and while i can play the game i wanna try some stuff on PTR and being able to log into bnet official forums.
any clue? much appreciated
PS: is stupid the system if i HAVE access to my email account and i have the password for the game acc why i can't just uncheck the authentificator? :/
