Playing in the beta with 250ms delay is usually fine but some warping/teleporting happens so I think it would not be fun if it happens when you meet some nasty mob while playing an HC char in Inferno....solidarity to our Aussie/NZ fellows.

we don't know.
Since they changed runestones and runestones greatly affect skills, they had to meddle with skills somewhat.

I never get the hang out of american clock/time.
I'm pretty sure it will be region based...since the west/east coast of US's time differs. It will be inconsiderate of them to just have US times...
As far as I can tell it shows your time.
I think it's a simple applet checking your pc clock and showing it, no more.
It's something best handled client side, I dare say.
I don't know if you can toglle on/off the clock, maybe they just added it to beta to test the feature and would add the toggle option later. -

Paragon lvls are beyond me at the moment, my higher lvl char is 45 so I still have a long way to go.

Paragon levels may be a good idea, I hope the system is "per character" and not "per account".
Anyway with this Blizz should be able to buy enough time to work properly on 1.1, which I think will be the "real" release of this game.

I don't remember if I've seen so many changes during beta.
It's good to see that they are working hard on the game, but I cannot shake off the idea they released an incomplete revision scrapped togheter at the last moment to keep us happy.
At least the changes seems to go in the right direction, let's see how the game will play after patch release.

p.s. if your pets would be able to kill inferno mobs on their own the class would have been severely broken.

As a third I'd like to reduce "teleporting" issues: it's really annoing to plan your attack, carry it on succesfully and then suddenly you find yourself somewhere back, usually in deep s..t!
