I have to strongly disagree with you here killing lil thingys. Yes it is true that most of the employes left Blizzard but that didn't stop the folks at Blizzard from making v1.11A and B, whomever they might be.

I really don't think it will become any obvious that one of the projects is DIII. Why work on a completely new PC project when Diablo fans are out with their tongues all watery and waging?

I understand your stance. But I'm personally sick and tired of Paladins and Necromancers. Infact tired of all the classes. Bringing back the same characters is going to get old. And Fast too.

New classes is a given for a new game. And I think thats what most Diablo fans would expect from a new game.

Hell, have characters with similar strengths and traits from the characters of Diablo 2 but leave some significant differences.

I agree with Moonek. I'm curious to see what Tyreal meant when he said that. All this long I've assumed that the ending to D2 is the most open-end ending ever. A prequel, for me personaly, ain't music to my ears.

Anyways I have a question- Suppose you have a duped rune (let's say Jah) and you have the rest of the rune words to make an Enigma. So you make yourself one. Will the Jah evenually disappear from the armour?

Oh yeah? I didn't know that. Infact I thought duping was not possible with the new system Blizzard has.

I like the idea of a Drifter. Sounds cool. More importantly sounds like it's from the Diablo world. Cleric sounds interesting too. I think we should keep an open mind about the new characters. I bet there are more races and cultures that Blizzard can build on. Maybe Diablo 2 didn't completely explored the whole world? Who knows. I know someone mentioned that above.

I really hope ladder does reset. I've started up my accounts again just for that. Luckily I have my most valued characters intact.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Well once in a while there is a ladder season where players compete to reach the highest level as quickly as possible. I assume you know that ladder has better items then non-ladder so everybody rushes to make new accounts all in hopes to get better items and braging rights. So when the season evenually gets over Blizzard pushes everybody from ladder to non-ladder all in order to start a new season.

Thus non-ladder gets flooded with ladder items. And some serious trading goes down.
