Adventures
- Events that can be placed almost anywhere
old abandoned house to explore evil cult sumoning ritual
Caravan that needs protecting
Enemy camp with boss
I'm not exactly sure about this, can someone explain if this is a sort of... continually updatable(sp) and changing quest system, so that we never run out of different adventures to go on with our party?

The Tristram tunes send shivers down my spine even today, and while I enjoy it, an ominous cloud still surrounds my Diablo cd case. I'm talking about the longevity of the game. Diablo 2 became a rushed glittery character showcase, with the importance of the newest armor above the real threat... Baal. I never experienced that with Diablo, I may be alone. I still dance at the feeling of earning my gear, and earning my kills, working as a team during multi. and overcoming evil. I must note that this is due in majority to player's attitude's towards Diablo 2, and not a mistake of Blizzard. However, the players impacted the game as they do everywhere, and I felt the shock.
On the other hand, Diablo 2 was much easier to get into and play quickly, it was deep enough to replay over and over, yet slim enough to fit in at any time. Diablo reserves itself by nature for occassions when you have the time to savor it.
I am placing my vote for the original, but looking towards the future more than the past.
