If I was in Blizzards shoes I wouldn't add this change. Reason being that I bet they get a lot more complaints about "the system selected the wrong class and I wasted my shards" rather than what they receive now for people having to switch characters. They have to cater for simple minds.

Better luck next time I would say. Why does Blizz need to be sorry for all dimwits that fail in life?

posted a message on Console only: Legendary Gems don't level past 100
    Quote from PrydaTVlive»

It is a serious issue for the small player base that actually pushes the games limits on both Xbox1 and PS4.

    I don't quite understand this.

Aren't you already pushing the limits? If the gems are capped.. you have pretty much reached the limit? You must find another way to improve. If everything is maximum.. I guess it is game over. Does it have to be infinite progression with nothing changing but boring monster scaling?

The next GR level will only increase mob hp and damage by X% which means the game doesn't really change at all. It is the same as hitting your head in GR80 some time ago when you still didn't have as many Plvl, as high gems etc.

I guess the limit is a sum of 4 things: Character Paragon level, Gem levels, the quality of items and augmentation levels.

You can put an equation of these: IF Plvl + Gem level + ItemQuality + Augments > GRX (mob hp and damage)

If true then you haven't reached the limit yet.

Of course there is the 5th random factor which is the GR RNG (pylons, mobs, density and map layout)

posted a message on [Suggestion] Optimistic idea for Paragon update.

Not bad ideas.. almost anything is better than we have now..

I would also divide the paragon levels we are gaining.

    Just make it / 10 .. So 800 would be 80 and 1000 would be 100.

The exp requirements for each level should also even out a bit. 1-10 would of course be quite fast as we have today 1-100.

Each level you gain would however take you much more time than today but it would also reward you for 10x more points. This would IMO make it much more interesting since you are not dinging levels all the time and when you finally do you get rewarded by quite a lot of points.

Cool ideas.. most I liked but I comment on the few I kinda don't.

    Artisan Legendary Gems

Advanced players can find a new legendary gem recipe which can be
crafted at the Jeweler for a high cost. These gems can be given to your
artisans and Kadala for unique crafting related bonuses. Once crafted,
these new legendary gems can be ranked up like any other gem and also
provide additional effects once they reach rank 25.
I guess first they need to change GR system completely.. I wouldn't want yet another gem leveling grind in GR which I kinda dislike now already.
    Quote from BlacKuD »

    Kadala

I don't really agree. So we would only get sets and legendaries and the thing you would want from Kadala would only be Ancient ones?
Why not just get rid of the whole Ancient items and make normal Legendaries and Sets more rare. Just like in the launch of RoS. Now the normal ones are ridiculously easy to get and soon u will only care about the Ancients. So why not just make Normal legs about the same rarity as Ancients are now and remove Ancients from game.
Blizzard boosted the Leg drop rate a lot from RoS Release and then they realized that people are so quickly geared up and came up with this Ancient leg idea.

Gold dropped from goblins no longer counts towards the gold streak indicator of the Avarice/Avaritia conquests.
I don't understand whats the big deal about this?..I guess in general we are getting way too much gold in this game..In RoS release I was kinda happy when I reached 100M (started from 5M in HC). Now I got over 1B in no time .. why is that?

New Dynamic Difficulty Level: Infernal Torment

Cool idea I also thought about this earlier I believe before they released 7-10. Than why not just after T6 would be Inferno or something. This one difficulty could change over time. Though IMO better idea would be to remove this Power Creep.. Figure out GR system.. make a cap to something like GR50 which would be really hard to reach (almost impossible). GR should start at GR20 and end in GR50 (power wise).. So basically GR1 = GR20 and GR50 = GR30. In current game you don't need to run GR1-5 ever.. at that point you run bounties and normal rifts. When you have good enough gear from there you pretty much just jump directly to GR20+.

    Followers

    • Reduce damage taken of followers by 75% across the board (make other
    • follower specific items viable, “follower cannot die” mostly for Unity
      builds.)
    • Reduce amount of resources provided by Templar’s Inspire ability by 50%.
    • All followers now have an additional inventory slot: chest armor
Totally agree.. Follower cannot die token should be removed completely..

posted a message on Legendary found per hour.
    Quote from Ducha

Don't we get a guaranteed legendary if we play for x amount of time and one has not dropped for that given time? Kind of like a welfare legendary?

No it doesn't work like that. It is more like if you run for hours without legendary drop a "safety net" system will activate that will start to increase your chance to find Legendary. So after some time your chances should be a lot higher that it will drop a legendary and it will eventually.

The system is in place because in this RNG system in some rare cases someones luck could be so bad that he could run for 20 hours without a single legendary drop :) which would kinda suck for him/her.

Its tomorrow too many tweets about it now, 3 in total just tonight from employes. Many achievements are simply converting or requiring more to finish.
Yes I know. But I think all the ones that are related to Difficulty (Do something in Hell / Inferno etc.) might become Feats. I hope not though. I only miss like Inferno Diablo kill on my WD and Monk .. then 3 acts to play with my HC barb. I think I have time to do them all today if someone helps with some waypoints or such.

he does not wanna feel like a burden so he buys a item to up his dps a bit so he can feel like he acctually do somthing to help his group/friends out

and by that he enjoy the game more togheter with them.

You are way to narrowminded mr.i have not payed for a movie in 10 years.. so that´s LEGIT? xD
It just means he's a pirate and he steals his content.
It is not stealing.. Just copying. You cannot steal what does not exist.

It's amazing (and sad) the amount of self delusion pirates can generate to convince themselves they aren't petty thieves. Just so you know, it convinces no one.
Tbh I couldn't care less. I just love what todays technology allows us to do. Mostly I do it for protest against these huge media companies that control the markets and ripoff the artists and try to lobby internet censorship etc. If I wasn't able to get some of these products free I would not buy anything (pre-internet and Napster I bought total of 2 CD's and 0 movies).. so no one is really losing any profits. I do pay for quality products if someone actually makes something like that these days.

Mostly I use it for TV series that are not shown in my country or are many seasons behind. Anyways I'm still waiting for a service that I can pay monthly fee where I can download movies, series and music with a quality I wish to have.. then I don't have to use these other sources which are still superior.

Im really surprised at how high some items are still selling for. I sold some of the gear I downgraded to months ago recently and they sold within a few days. You woulndt think people would be spending that much gold on stuff that will be useless in one month.
Only explanation would be that there are tons of people who have no clue about the expansion.. maybe don't know it is even coming ? :)

I think value will at first go down but maybe at the very end it will raise a lot.. people buying stuff that they think "maybe I need this some day" etc.. Though it might go down even more if everyone wakes up and starts selling loads.

    Hard to predict :)

posted a message on Is my selfound ready for mp1?
Tried it on my Barb lately. Went into weeping hollow and almost got killed by this elite fatty pack :) Better stay mp0 for a while. I have quite a lousy gear though and would need shield + 1h at least. Just using the 2h sword for Mp0 since its really fast to farm and has pretty good stats.

My goal is pretty much beating inferno. I had a long pause from the game and when I came back my previous Barb was in Act2 inferno and got killed in MP1 since I forgot how weak he actually was. Now its time to beat the game on inferno before expansion :) Would like to do it in MP1 but the gear required for that is kinda big leap actually. Crafting would really help but I don't have the recipes yet.

This is hurting the credit card warriors the most, and anything that hurts the credit card warriors is a grade "A" win in my book. You can see it everywhere this is being discussed, all of the arguments boil down to them being amazingly butthurt that all of their attempts to pay to win are being shot down by Blizzard.

That, and I'm sure more than a few of them were planning to sell some of those OP legacy items closer to RoS release and that was also snatched away from them.
That's not the point. The point is that Blizzard basically acknowledges that legacy items are, or let me rephrase, have the POTENTIAL to be more powerful than the SUPPOSEDLY NEW AND IMPROVED Loot 2.0 items. What does that tell you?
It tells me that Legacy items have no place in the new item system.. which is a lot different.

posted a message on Blizzard removes enchanting for "60 items", oh but 2.0.1 60s can be enchanted...
    Quote from MrYOUniverse

Blizzard should just take a look at the few legacy items worth keeping around and make level 70 versions that are better. e.g. Echoing Fury, Stone of Jordan, Sun Keeper, etc.

It shouldn't be hard to look at what the people who are farming T6 on the beta are using. It's mostly 70 gear with procs.

The point of re-rolling legacy gear was supposed to be to get us into T1 so we could start farming the new stuff.
Because they change the item stat system it will be hard to roll similar items now.

They want to reduce importance of CC, AS, CHD in items by lowering the maximum % they roll. Also primary/secondary stat system will make it impossible to roll certain OP combinations that we have now.

All these changes are to change itemization into a direction that we don't always have those 3 things we look from a gear (as,cc,chd and maybe 5 +soc+ls).

Not saying it is the best way, maybe they should try to do something with the affixes and primary secondary system.. at least allow rerolling 1 primary and 1 secondary / item and move some primary affixes to secondary.

T1 should be easy enough with crafted lvl 70 legendaries and rares..

Edit. What I think about legacy reroll.. Yeah I suppose it could be nice but I'm more interested about every new item we maybe find.. So I really don't care what they do.
