The health globes sucks.
You hear Rob Pardo describing how "exciting" it will be to have to "fight the situation when you dont have health globes, so you have to use skills to jump around and fooling the enemies so you can get the health gloves".
THIS IS FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE. What a pile of crap design decision. Give me back my f****** potions god d*****!

Problem Solved?
Problem solved is when Blizzard come to the news and tell us : WE ARE NOT MAKING THIS GAME FOR THE DIABLO FANS, SO STFU.
Untill they keep trying to sell us D3 as a Diablo game for Diablo fans, but with casual gamers design decisions I wont keep quiet.

RIDICULOUS
A TRUE DIABLO FAN SHALL BE A DEGENERATE POTION HUFFER.
DONT TRY TO SELL THIS BS NEW DESIGN DECISION. I WANT OLD DIABLO DESIGN DECISION MFS.

D2 was way better than LOD in this regard.
I hope D3 follow D2.

It should have asked: will they regret this art style? Yes or No.

I couldnt have said better.

How stupid is that.

I think it will be 50-60.
Because if they do change that, it will be worse than changing the graphics.

It was said by the lead designer Jay Wilson that the maximum number of player character in a party decision is not being based upon technical limitations, but on the gameplay.
So I came to ask you, fand from the Diablo series, what do you want? What maximum numbers of players do you think it would be fun for you, for other? How do you think the different possibilities might affect the Diablo 3 success/popularity with the hardcore fans and the new consumers? What will be better for the game in the long term?
Give us your thoughts on this subject.

It was one of the most well written and thought out polls of this community.
People were actually discussing the proposed subject on my poll/thread.
People were giving their oppinions and votes.
Then a moderator called PhrozenDragon came and posted:
You can see that this moderator mention WoW in his repply.
WoW is for casual gamers. I can reach max level in WoW in less than 2 weeks.
Since my thread proposes to discuss how much time WE, THE COMMUNITY, think D3 SHOULD HAVE prior to reaching max level and its obviously was showing that people dont want D3 to be as WoW in that particular subject the moderator locked it.
It doesnt matter what that particular moderator think. If such poll exposes that his oppinion is minority, he cant deliberatelly lock the poll/thread to prevent people from discussing it.
I say, there is no valid reason to lock that topic and I just exposed the sub-repticious reason why the poll/thread was locked. I want it to be re-opened in the name of the freedom of discussion in this community.

Not just 200 hours for 1 leven and 10 hours for the first 50 levels.

I could put a Sorcerer in the Ladder, level 86-88 after some condensed days (80-100 hours) rushing with the help of my clan. Beating Normal, Nightmare, Hell with the help of your clan, then getting XP boosted through Cow level up to 67 or so untill I could handle.
But if people didnt got rushed, and didnt had the Cow level one could argue that it would take over 2000 hours, going from Normal, Nightmare and Hell all alone up to level 99.
Off course, in the new Diablo 3 its quite likelly that we wont have the rush mechanics, so people wont be able to rush to the most efficient XP/time area from the beggining and due to the quite likely random nature of the game, there also wont have a static "most efficient XP/time" area either. We still might see a comeback of the Cow level, but not for the "end game".
At the point where the Cow level didnt gave any more meaningfull XP I had to have a set of equipment with good resists to do Diablo/Sanctuary runs. I remember that after that point it took days to get another single level and dieing was so harsh that it set me back for many many hours.
Who remembers Silver_Arrow the first character to reach level 99 in the Diablo II Softcore General Ladder?
I didnt played the Diablo II LOD a lot, but I knew it was much easier and faster to reach max level than pre-LOD.
