Huge gz on the achivement mate to the haters, this guy is constantly pushing content. I agree that current barb design means you need luck to do high GR, but he obviosly has some serious skill, since he keep getting 'lucky' and the other people pushing content aren't. If you don't think so, fine, but just give it a try yourself and see how no skill it really is, and that it's only luck. again big gz to OP.
actually the barb leaderboards have fluctuated constantly top 20 so the other people ARE pushing the content and you are WRONG and the other ppl who have been Top (DNA Hades, SM Ajijiji etc) all use the same spec and same luck based factor

nice for trying but i've tried that build and I've watched your video and the proc rate is still extremely low, still much too low to be viable and even on T6 like in the vid its slower than T6 clear builds. You may be confusing your mirinae proc for the Rime...Rime only procs on frozen targets which is for like 1-2 short time period after Leap...thus only allowing 2-3 frenzy on only 1 target trying to proc.
Rimeheart only works best when the mobs don't have max Diminishing Returns on Frozen and can stay frozen long enough to be hit enough time to possibly proc it. So the best way at least for barb is One frozen charge over a pack (not twice over same mobs because it adds another DR stack) and immediately Cold Seismic Slam spam with Frostburn gloves
