LOL, no theres no viable Frenzy build, just with Vanguard rune (now nerfed in last patch) for more %MS
Frenzy is unusable because Blizzard has made a game where you cannot stand still in one spot and deal damage as a melee character, YOU MUST BE MOVING AROUND ALWAYS ESPECIALLY AT HIGH GRs TO STAY ALIVE!!!!! Even with the Waste set that gives a very very high respectable 40% total damage reduction across the board when WWing....and in WW you are able to dodge hit boxes and move through mobs, imagine trying to stand still clipping mobs and no 40% DR.......
So there's no viable competitive Frenzy build, just more trash added in the patch to make the D3 populace think it won't be cookie cutter next patch but it alway is
I wonder what is the fastest Leg gathering techniques you guys is using now. I have seen lots of my clan mates doing speed 41 and above grifts instead of normal rift.My thoughts on this:
Grift 41 and above, you can have ~250 Bloodshard to gamble, 4-5mins or maybe lesser if your equipment is well enough or in groups. You dont need to turn every stones or kill every mob because they dont drop items except life globes or timer globes and get get approx 2-5legs per run. In groups, you dont need to do trials for every runs, just get grift level 41 keystone in group of 4 and you can do 4 times of that level.
T6 rift- Best if kill every mobs and turn every stones and chest. Chance to get Globins (especially blood shard and those specials ones that confirm leg drops). In group may obtain faster clear time unless those lousy maps. Sometime 0 legs, sometime up till ~10 if lucky. constant 100+ bloodshards if no globins

Yes all of the above information is wrong. Get a group of 3 friends, hide your keys in stash to multiply GRs, download TurboHUD, quit your job and quit your family to farm GR45 over and over and over again, only way to play D3

Blizz has talked about on PTR version 2.1.2.1.3.1.2.1.1 that there will now be Ancienter Ancient Items, these items make all legendary items have a %chance (RNGesus FTW!) to be an even more special version of an Ancient item!!!! Ancienter Ancient items are even more ancient in their ancient ways, making them more powerful!!! Content!!!!

Depends on how you want to play. If you want to play a weak character, with no power, who can't even complete T5, then play your way
If you want to be strong, competitive, and kill tons of monsters, then you WILL HAVE TO USE THE COOKIE CUTTER BUILDS
That is why D3 is a bad game
