Could this mean that the game is further along and will arrive sooner rather than later? Here's hoping!

blizzard's diablo 3 forum gets spamed everyweekend...

Yeah, I was on there a few weeks ago, after installing and then registering my copy of D2: LOD, and checked out their forums. There was about 60 pages of spam. It was pretty ridiculous. I have never seen such disregard on a forum. Pretty sad considering it's the official forum.

This site is sooo much better.

posted a message on Bashiok Answers Gameplay Video Concerns
14:09 of Gameplay - Besides from there being cute bunnies in Diablo 3, critters don't die. Man, I always liked killing critters in Starcraft. This image is the Witch Doctor throwing a random fire ball which directly hits a critter, but the critter receives no effect.
Bashiok: This was unfortunately a bug that existed in the build that was being used to record the gameplay video. Those critters die, and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing a bunny corpse flung across the screen. It just wasn't working for the demo, which stinks.
This is why people shouldn't get so angry over these types of things, if it's a demo things aren't going to, necessarily, be indicative of the final build.

Good constructive criticism is great, but just getting so flaming angry, as some on the forums are known to do, is unnecessary and counterproductive.

Thanks to Bashiok, for his greatness.

Or, it could just context sensitive. I stand next to a ladder and press a button, I go down the ladder. I stand next to a gap and press a button, I jump over it. I didn't see any indication of an alternate route in the trailer, but who knows.

''I dont care people sell items on ebay unless its legit''

That right there is pure BS. It is like buying a Sonata Arctica, or Dragonfoce CD, and sell the songs for 1$ each...
Anyway, people that sell items on ebay should be banned, and their internet taken away.

That's not the same thing. That would be an equal analogy if I made copies of the GAME and sold them. Blizzard allows players to trade loot, without a monetary charge, how does it harm Blizzard if I choose to give you real money for the trade. As long as I am playing with a legally purchased version of the game, Blizzard has lost nothing.

EULAs hold no true meaning until they have been tried in court. The courts are becoming increasingly aware of the loss of rights written into these pieces of legal crap and, when suits have been brought, the courts have been siding with the consumer. Take a read here: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2704,2243185,00.asp .

Blizzard's WOW EULA takes away your right to the courts and a jury trial and forces you into arbitration; although, I'm sure a judge would find this unenforceable as it is really to the detriment of the consumer and places Blizzard (and all other companies writing these kinds of EULAs) in a superior position.

To the post topic, I don't see the problem with morons who choose to pay real money for virtual items. I prefer to find my items through good old fashioned gameplay, but people should have the right to sell these items for money if they so desire and stupid people should have a right to purchase them.

Good idea and I also wish it would have been in D2. I like having statistics highlighting how much of my life I've wasted playing games. LOL

I just watched the artwork trailer and I really don't see any reason why they would take it down.

Who was the dude in the purple outfit? Class or enemy?

This will definitely make it more likely for me to try teaming up with others in co-op. I'm usually a loner, so I've never played an MMO, and I only occasionally bother with multi-player, but I will probably give this game a chance on that side.

Well, I think the point of the system is that you WON'T see what the other people were dropped, you'll only see what was dropped for you to pick up. So, how can you miss what you never even saw?

Maybe it's just me, but those look more like demons than virgins.

Yeah, those don't look like virgins! But, in the video, they are definitely girls. I don't know why everyone assumes they're virgins? Maybe the Thousand Pounder likes his women experienced.

Virgins are overrated. Now, if they had been highly-skilled top-shelf sex workers, then I could see your point.

Besides, I WANT to see the bloody explosion and the Gluttony demon appear, so I don't have a problem with the way it was handled.
