The voice actor of the PVP Vendor sounds like it may be Gideon Emery (Balthier in Final Fantasy XII, Fenris in Dragon Age 2, narrator of the Laundry Files books on Audible, many other roles).
Like others, I hope there's a chance to respec, but not at any given time.
Would make the learning curve of a new character a bit easier, if you misplace skills early on.
I still say one respec, use it or lose it, when you first unlock nightmare mode for a character, and again for hell mode. No storing them up. Or maybe even just when unlocking nightmare.
Sorry but I hate wow and this is as far as I know were soul binding is from. If you dont want someone to bring up a game then dont say something from said game and not expect the game to named. lol
Still, where the game mechanic comes from (and WoW was not the first to use it, btw), is not a valid argument for using it, or not.
The merits of the system itself are what should be considered. If I go soley by your logic, if I hate world of warcraft, swords should not be in Diablo 3, because they were in WoW.
Soulbounding existed in WoW to prevent people selling items for real money, thus breaking the game and the economy. Blizzard recognised the problem with all the sites selling Diablo II items. High end raid items in WoW are incredibly hard to obtain and time a great deal of time and effort to get - they are a symbol of your ability and dedication to the game.
Yeah, the point was to make sure that (for BOP items) that you had to clear that dungeon, or defeat that boss, to get the item. Items in the diablo series, however, are randomized. The unique axe can drop from a normal mob (level dependant of course), or from a final boss. Not applicable to the diablo world, and almost certainly won't be in D3 (quest items aside).
souldbound items are from wow and if they do this crap in diablo 3 Im going to be very pissed off.
While I'm on your side in this one, stop using the WoW argument, please. It's not the fact that they were in WoW that will mess up Diablo 3, but the fact that it wouldn't promote the heavy trade-based economy that Diablo 1 and 2 have built up.

See what a dumb argument it makes?

Depends. Did you like what you saw in the gameplay trailer? If so, don't worry about it.

Well, to be fair, Baal IS the Lord of Destruction, so putting his face on the expansion kind of made sense :-P

I mean the giant arcing lighting on the electricity enhanced axe and the soft blue glow on the ice enchanted axe

Watch the gameplay trailer again at 2:13. I don't know how you missed it before.
