SC2 AFTER D3? Really? Multiple interviews have stated the new Battle.Net will be launched for SC2, and one dev saying that many of the features in development for B.net for SC2 'will roll over to D3 when it launches'.
Not to mention the obvious fact that SC2 is much further along in the dev process than D3. Much much much.

Perhaps the interviewer meant Diablo 3 would launch with a more basic b.net, and when SC2 launches with the new b.net, those features will be updated to D3.

Look all I'm saying is that until you hear it from Blizzard then it's speculation. Getting a reply from the customer service of a retail chain is not a verification of release date. What are they going to tell you? "Na, we made that up just to have something there. Hey we can take pre-orders don't ya know?"
My agrument doesn't need tons of ground to stand on, because I'm not speculating a release date like you are and trying to tout it as fact. I'm simply saying that no one, outside of Blizzard, knows when the game is going to ship.
You can believe whatever you want, and you MAY be right. You shouldn't count a release date on a third party website as gospel though.
A reputable site saying they have verification by the game's publisher is a pretty decent backing for "speculation", one would think.
If the site HAS lied to me, then their reputation is going down the toilet, is Diablo 3 really worth risking your company's moral standing?
There's plenty of evidence supporting that this has potential to be an accurate claim, and you're starting to seem like a brat who's making shit up to get his way.
We're not touting it as a fact, we're stating that this has a LOT more backing it than everyone's else's claims of a release date. Calm yourself down and think before flaming the threads.
Since we have a date for Diablo III we can surmise that either one game should already be out, or Diablo III is the first to be released. Remember, this is based on your data.
Edit: Just reread your post. That would be a four month duration. Not to mention the fact that it would be released out of order compared to the manner in which they announced the games. They can do what they want, but I bet some Starcraft 2 fans would be upset.
