They should just put a 200% crit damage cap in the game period. That would solve all of this games current problems.

posted a message on Kripp tips @Blizzard
While I don't necessarily agree with all of his ideas, the past level 60 idea is pretty solid. Though I'd hope it wouldn't take forever if it reset. Releasing special gear you can only geat during a season would be sweet. Yeah there's a lot they can do. I'd really hope they WOULDN'T balance this game around PVP though. He says nerf the crap out of crit because PVP would be stupid. Yeah it would be stupid, but that doesn't mean PVE should suffer. You put hidden nerfs in the game Life steal nerfed by 80%, but we won't tell you unless you notice that tip in the loading screen that shows for 1.5 seconds!

So whatever, do the same shit in PVP then. Bonus Crit damage caps out at 200% or something, diminishing returns on all stats. I don't care, I don't pvp just make it it's own seperate game basically if you're gonna work on it, don't let it affect the main focus of this game. I like what he suggests about making characters powerful, and lessening the stats on gear. (prim stats like vit/dex/str), it would fit more with the 1% bonus crit chance too. Still personally, I think they need to buff up Attack Speed again, make some buffs to a lot of the Skills in the game. And lower NV stacks needed to about 3-4. 5 just takes too long to gain for people who only wanna play for 30m or maybe an hour.

Actually, from what I gather from the two pictures.

He sets them up nice and neat, for everything to be seen in the first picture. Then destroys it all and shows it all again messed up in the second picture. That doesn't suggest rage, impulse, or anger to me. So for everyone out there saying "How pathetic must you be to get so angry.. etc" I think you're way off on that assumption.

Seems like he's trying to make a point, and a funny one at that. Something along the lines of, "I paid $100 for something I thought I'd really enjoy, turned out I didn't. So I found a realistic way to enjoy it since I can't get my money back. :)" within the tone of "this game is garbage lolz, let's move on now"

Blizzard should just offer rewards for discovering loopholes in their game. Find a way to dupe? Report it to us and receive $200 or something. Wonder how successful that method would be.

They really just need to include a hot swap function actually. Otherwise it's going to be impossible to farm anything but act 1, and that gets boring.

posted a message on Hotfixes - June 8th: Monster damage no longer increases with additional players and more
    Quote from Adon

It is so sad how delusional Blizzard is about their own game. You are not allowed to play Diablo 3 any other way then the way they want you too, it is a forced game as is now with little to no options. They cut PvP from release and said it was OK because people wouldn't be high enough level...level 60's in a day. They say it is about farming, we the people find spots to farm that are intelligent and Blizzard gets butt hurt because we utilized their system better then their shitty team did, so they remove it. We tell them their itemization blows dick and they give us some sap story about random gear drops.

This game was created by a bunch of Tals sorc wearing scrubs in Diablo 2, or scrubs who left Diablo because they couldn't hack it and went to WoW.

All in all, Blizzard is turning out to be pretty pathetic and sad. They come over like a guy who made something and is upset because the people playing what he made do it better then he can.

I know you're very angry and in a way lashing out at their decisions. And a lot of people will want to call you a QQer or something of that sort. But honestly, despite some of your rash claims I must agree that their decisions are very irrational for a video game of this type. Every decision they make seems to be to try and make their game more and more like an MMO. And why are MMOs made this way? No, not because it's fun. But to grab the cash out of your wallets every month. If you could beat the game in a week (like the pros do) how are they gonna keep getting money from you for months to come? Well guess what, this isn't an MMO and we don't pay a monthly subscription. Whether people play for 2 weeks or 2 years is really up to them and it will never make a difference in Blizzard's pocket so why do they continue to design their game in this manner?

Basically it really does seem to boil down to their F2P model of the RMAH which still hasn't been shipped either. Cut every easy way of farming gear. Make the game give you a headache if you don't have any good gear. Result; enter RMAH to buy gear needed to beat game, else spend 5 months farming yourself. Then people realize the money they spent on the RMAH was kinda pointless probably :P Buy items to find items to sell items?

I run at 300 latency and pretty much use the same build as you. I learnt that subbing out Glass Cannon in that Belial fight specifically for Blur helps in Phase 3 a lot. As long as you have enough armor/res/hp + that passive to take a hit or two from his melee you'll be fine. Health globes drop like mad in that fight and then you just gotta avoid the double slam potentially and the explosions everywhere.

LOL I would hate to get first place and miss out on the area51 that 2nd and 3rd got.

Wow, no kidding.. who the hell cares about a giant sword? Well I mean that's cool and all but compared to entire computer? I don't see why Runner up Prizes would be worth more than the grand prize, that seems a bit backwards... Grand should come with the Notebook too

posted a message on Diablofans - WWI Card Tyrael Pet Contest
If I was to make one suggestion for Diablo 3, it would be to include more than a story mode for multiplayer. Such as an Onslaught mode or something, where you and your friends prepare for wave after wave monsters progressively getting harder. Or like a bottomless dungeon, getting harder and harder as you go down kind of resembling Diablo 1. To just give you something to do after completing the story, maybe unlockable after beating Hell mode or such.

In this way, if you want to play a game with your friends you don't have to constantly recreate rooms to farm bosses or the such, as every few levels of the dungeon or every few waves a competant boss would be faced while keeping the game always new and refreshing in a way.
