    I've found it a couple times. Once while farming hellfire keys. I think its all about searching multiple areas.


    Anyway, at least its new content so it took effort. Plus, its got an exp buff, gold buff and magic find buff (at least in the form of a load of chests).


    I know I will farm it every time I can. Its better than the rainbow goblin junk. I often ignore the rainbow goblin. Whimsydale is crap. Whimsydale is too long and is not rewarding. This cow event is rewarding, its just not a continual buff like we have seen in the past.


    Maybe they will keep this and get rid of the rainbow goblin. I REALLY hope so.

    Its due to the buffs to magic find. Everyone complaining (myself included) struggles to find enough blues and arcane dust because inT6 the magic find drops a LOT more yellows and veiled crystals than blues and arcane dust. If you can run T6 well, you shouldnt HAVE to farm lower levels cuz thats where an abundance of blues reside.


    Thats why people playing T1 always have loads of arcane dust.


    Another couple reasons some people run low is due to endless rerolls and crafting for ancients.


    This shouldnt be an issue at all if you are high level. Blues should drop more often in T6 but not be REPLACED by yellows. There should MORE yellows and blues and legs dropping, not one being replaced hy the other. The software doesnt work the way it should as far as how increased magic find works.

    Seriously, once you got started, trials were useless. Coulndt see why a tonn that successfully cleared a level 45 grift needed to go do trials all over.

    There is an animation icon and a swirl around the toon that shows which element is buffed at the time.


    I run it on my toon, Seasona. I love the ring as it allows me to teleport into a mob, deal arcane with the teleport, deal cold with my ice armor, deal lightning with my meteor and deal fire with explosive blast. All at once so one is buffed if I time it right (which isn't that hard).


    Its very usable if you practice and get the timing down. Also, the icon works great for me. If you see the right dmg buffed you can often spam that dmg if you set up your spells right.


    I originally didnt like this ring, but it works well, and it works great with Tals armor and the Halo of Arlyse ring, too.

    IDK, I could get over 3 mil sheet dmg on my first WOW Wiz, but still couldnt kill the RG before the Barb in party. Tals has changed Wiz, but I never trusted those dmg numbers because they have always looked so good on Wiz compared to my other toons, but my Wiz still seemed weak and slow to kill.


    I think DH and Barb are very powerful. I think Wiz is now pretty powerful too, I have a couple. I think Sader and WD need help. I have seen some strong monks, but I dont know much about them.


    Blizzard made a too OP bracer and stopped it. they need to make something less powerful, but still have synergy. They still need to do a lot of tweaks, but at least they are now going in the right direction with something more than just the DH.

    I think drop rates in seasons are higher. I think exp comes faster, too. I think seasons are buffed all around.


    Take season 1 for example. when it rolled over, you only got to keep a percentage of your exp. If thats true, then why? Prolly cuz you gained it quicker cuz its buffed. Also, in season 2, before I was paragon 200 I found an ancient Thunderfury and an ancient Witching Hour. No they arent the rarest, but this was in a few days, whereas it took me months to find a regular one with my regular SC character. Similar, I found and ancient WOW at about paragon 250 this season.


    Comparing seasons to SC, my experience has been accelerated immensely. Seems buffed to me.


    Now I know the RNG guys will come out screaming and all, but clearly I am leveling quicker, exponentially quicker, and that factors in, but if that facet is accelerated, you would think the rest is accordingly.

    posted a message on No incentive on farming uber keys? well here's the smackdown why this is.

    I made one really crappy, useless Hellfire and saw how many many many many layers of RNG can be TOO MANY, so that was the end of that. Until the Devs learn what a reward for a 1,000 hours of grinding really means, I will pass.


    Any Hellfire is supposed to be overpowered. Since it is this difficult to obtain, it should roll weel. I can see even adding more RNG if it ALWAYS was better than what you were running, but its just a gamble that usually is a LOSS cuz the Devs have stacked the deck against you.


    Would be easy for it to look at the passives running on your character and take one of them. Thats would be easy and it would clearly give you a passive you would use. It could even look at the other attributes on your equipped and upgrade them. All of the work put into a Hellfire should be an upgrade, even if its just a % of what you are already using.

    cursed mode can easily be similar to a mode in Mass Effect 3 multiplayer where it was snowing and a thunderstorm and etc. it would effect your vision and your weapon dmg and abilities. that was added in a minor patch, and did make the games more interesting for awhile. thats prolly the goal and its not that big, so its prolly gonna be here in 2.2 IMHO

    challenging is one thing, like having jailer, waller, molten, desecrator and arcane etc all at once, but when the enemy can hit you from off screen, it should be changed.


    if the devs will take the time to prevent OUR characters from damaging off screen, the enemies shouldnt have unavoidable damage either.

    last night I saw over 1500 people on the Seasonal rift server and up to 400 on the regular rifts- I live on the East Coast. didnt look at the others. do they have the hardware to support the load?

    the ring in the video showed 7 damages - therefore 35 seconds of buff rotating time


    so if you are running 3 different dmgs you will get a buff for 15 seconds and nothing for 20 seconds?


    if you are running 1 elemental it does little for 30 seconds and buff for 5 seconds?


    who runs multiple types of damage? I actually run 2 on my most powerful Wizard, Arcane (with Magic Weapon and Energy Armor) and Fire (with Explosive Blast, Familiar, Black Hole and Hydra), but it will still only net me 10 seconds of buff and 25 seconds of no buff. doesnt seem very viable.


    its inefficient unless you are somehow running a rainbow toon, which a viable one doesnt exist does it?
