Thanks, no wonder we don't see them dropping anymore. Lol.
Thanks for the rest of the tips as well.

yeah the incentive to participate in s9 is much lower now i guess, but there are a lot of cosmetic freaks (like me^^) who will grind at least
until guardian (and then probably continue play seasonal) just to get all those portraits ^^

I like bounties where they are at personally. I don't typically group with pubs but usually one act solo takes less than 15 minutes and usually around 10, as quick as 5 if I'm fortunate and flying. I would prefer more mats for TX1 to TXIII.

Mi main is crus, but i gonna play with dh,he is fastest no doubt.I want only that pet,he gonna fit to barb perfect :-)

Diablo 3 is much batter on console especially playing 4 player couch co-op. Blizzard just needs to make sure they can fix the duping/modding problem on consoles. Anyways these are what I expect for the future of Diablo 3...
*Fix the duping/modding problem.
*Release a PS4 Pro version with "Pro enhanced" (4k resolution or/and maximum graphical settings.
*Release Diablo 3 on Nintendo Switch.
*Release character pack - Path of The Druid.
*Add more zones and monsters.
*Add Ladder PvP with more arena/brawl zones.
*Add more sets/legendary items.
*Add offline support for PC
*Revamped the Paragon system.
*Add a cool option do deign your own rift challenge "Rift editor".
*Add cross-platform play with console players.
*Reintroduce a trading system.
I still can't believe PvP is not fun as it should of be in Diablo 3. I played the Arena System at Blizzon 09. It was the very thing I looked forward to playing Diablo 3 many years... Rift runs aren't bad its just sad that there is no Ladder Arena PvP still... We get Necromancer but no real PvP WTF.
Look. This is how blizzard could fix the current PvP and evolve it to Ladder Arena PvP.
Step one - Add PvP only items.
Step two - Add PvP only ability runes.
Step three - Add PvP only passive traits.
Step four - Add more PvP zones.
Step five - Remove Paragon from PvP.
There. The "PvP only" items, abilities, and traits can be added to existing ones and to new by patches.

Yes trying to use skills like Monk Dashing Strike is definitely a lot less precise on console, you simply don't have any control over the length/distance of the dash only the direction. I believe the whole twister wizard exploit was also absent on console given you couldn't place the cast of the spell on an exact spot.

So I been trying to get an ancient barber all day and came across this guy... no damage roll lol

I am not so sure you guys understood correctly what Wyatt said:

they wanted to make a recipe that would allow you to RECONSTITUTE item back from the power. Not to infuse some item with different power.

They need to remove area damage from the game. Not only it creates an incentive to fight only big packs of mobs but it also creates lag. It's just shit.

Seriously? Don't insult someone like that when this was WHY they came out with the AH in the first place- so much trade was happening in D2 that people were getting scammed. There was enough gold spam in chat during D3 as well. --> Yes this was a legit issue. Not just botters. The combination of them both is why trade can only happen between people who were in the group when the item(s) dropped. I currently like that system although I find that the timer is a bit long. I don't need 3 hours to decide if I'm going to let a person in my group have the item.

Things like Juggernaut, as well as all the other tweaks will play a major role in the leaderboards for season 9.
As we continue moving forward, I expect them to throw in 5-6 new items each season again like they were doing in the past. It is quite apparent that they took their recent time to start working on Challenge Rifts, Armory, Crafting tab, Necro, and the D1 dungeon anniversary. Now that those things are fleshed out, the team can again focus on designing new items, balancing current items, and finishing everything they gave life to.
I know so many people are down about the game, but (no offense) most people that are upset have absolutely no idea what it takes to make content in a video game.
I am in it for the long haul with these guys, and really anxious for the Unannounced Project as well!!!!

They said there is a few potential tweaks left to put into the dungeon, such as more skulls, things to make it look more dark, etc....
Also, PTR's always have new things put into them through the process, if you look at the PTR strings, there is mention of 5-8 features that are currently not in the patch notes even.

I think we are going to get 3 packs total.
Necro being the int, Druid being the dexterity, and then my personal favorite is a Lancer/Dragoon which would be a strength class.
If you remember back in Vanilla, one of the best Barb builds was simply using Frenzy with a Spear and Shield, because the spear had the fastest attack speed. Having a class centered around this playstyle of insanley fast mid range melee attacks, with several unique air based attacks similar to a dragoon would be pretty sweet! Something where you leap through the air to a spot, while spitting out fire around you, basically like a flaming torpedo.
Uniquely, as others have brought up, there are two dragons of lore in the D3 story. One was Tathamet, and the other was a dragon under the control of the Necromancer. So having the Necromancer free the essence of the dragon forming a Dragoon class could be viable for the inception of the class.

For everyone suggesting buffs, that is the last thing we need!
We actually need NERFS to bring the sets that are far overpowered down to the other sets. Power Creep has gotten out of control, if sets were brought back down to a happy medium T13 tuning, we would see a lot more diversity in games.
Obviously 1-2 sets are ALWAYS going to be the best or "meta" but many people do not care to push leaderboards, instead they simply do the season journey and farm T13 casually with friends. I feel those players should be able to do that with many setups. That being said, I feel that every single class set has a variation to easily do a GR70 and get the journey done. So personally, I feel we are in a good spot.
One legendary item could drastically change the current class meta. For instance, the new grenade item for Demon Hunter might pull the DH into the meta as a DPS, the grenades do some insane damage if used in a proper way when combined with the other damage from the grenade skills.
2
I also feel we are getting more classes, because they straight up said, "We have several classes already designed, but decided to go with Necro, this time, because we were feeling Nostalgic."
This tells me that yes they will add more, but it might not be the Amazon or Druid. That being said, they could just as easily call the Druid a Shapeshifter, yet have several of the same elements.
Not sure what would be added for a strength class if they do go the route of maintaining class type balance via main stat. I guess Strength could be the Shapeshifter as you mention, and maybe they go with something like a demolitionist for Dex then?
Personally, I want a Cleric. A class that focuses on pure support in groups, or close too it, and a class that deals holy damage ONLY. Essentially, take elements from some classes, and if you do in fact support the current 4-man meta that runs 2 zdps, give us ACTUAL Support focused classes.

Beyond that, I feel it best we simply put eachother on the ignore list, because clearly we will never see eye to eye, which will only harm the flow of a good and proper discussion about D3. Good Day and Life

Well, I have been playing D3 since Vanilla launched, and I can assure you that the common takeaway from Blizzcon among many people that I know who play the game (about 200-300 people) they are all fairly excited about what was announced. But we all also have an understanding that Blizzcon is not for Patch Note material. It is about features and QoL additions. We will get the patch notes for 2.4.3 on Tuesday, they will likely be pretty dry at first with little changes, but as the PTR goes on, additions/subtractions/tweaks will be made.
As you said, we all have an opinion, which is awesome, I love that. What I hate are those certain LOUD PEOPLE who glass is always 1/8 full at best, acting as if their opinion is bar none the only way to think about D3, because that is simply not true! They criticize people and call them names or bait them because of it. It is truly a shame that people feel a need to act this way as a normal daily process. We all lash out in frustration from time to time, I know I have, but to be like that all the time only hurts the community, and what the game as well as EACH OF US can gain from this is then lost. We lose respect from the developers, they lose trust we can think of something fruitful for all without being selfish. We need to band together and think of changes that help everyone, not just focus on small groups.
Regarding sales:
They have actually sold around 43 million copies of D3 worldwide and around 31 million copies of RoS. This is likely why we have gotten so much free content that would have otherwise been an expansion. It is a way for Blizzard to give back. The small issue with this is that an Expansion typically forces you to think outside of the box, bringing with it many needed tweaks. That being said, based on what I heard during Blizzcon interviews with popular streamers, they understand this now. Basically, the theory that they need to give us more is only being seen one way by many of you, and that is because they make money, you deserve a new expansion. The problem with that logic is that they are giving you expansion worthy materials for free, so I fail to see why there is complaining on this regard, because they are giving you something without charging you $40 USD to get it.

Even if we do not get Necro pack until July, things like challenge rifts are coming sooner, and all the above changes are going to really make things so much smoother. Plus, why would there not be other patch updates between 2.4.3 and the Necro pack? If you have learned anything from Blizz, YOU CANNOT USE THE PAST AS AN INDICATOR.
They even mentioned this in the Blizzard 25th anniversary panel. History to posters here says it takes them 10+ years to make D3 because of reasons, but the truth is that they had nobody working on the game from 2005-2008 due to the insane demands of World of Warcraft. They then focused on getting SC2 out the door, as it was a more pressing need and facing far more pressure than D3, then they focused on getting D3 out the door after SC2.
This means that they really worked on D3 for roughly 6 years before release, and that work could honestly be called 4 years, because taking 3 years away from a games development will ABSOLUTELY lead to consistency and passion issues. From that point forward they should have completely scrapped the old D3 plans and went with new ones. They sure did mess up with D3 vanilla, but they went back to the drawing board, made a really kick ass expansion, and even then they continue to improve RoS, with tons of FREE CONTENT!
Just not seeing why there is any doubt.
