    Ok so playing Diablo 2 again has really brought about a lot of ideas that I would like to see and I feel would just make the game better. So im going through doing the quests and I hope we see the quests pumped up in D3. Quest item rewards and Xp and more quests in general. With a fast paced game like Diablo kill quests would be great. Kill X Number of this mob and X number of this Mob. Then Xp and maybe item or cash rewards. Then these could lead up to Rare spawn quests as well as Boss kill quests. Just to give you some rewards along the way to help your charater progression.

    Ok so im sure someone has mentioned this and I think it is a must. Once again playing around on D2 tonight I relaized wow there should be a mini map instead of this ridiculus map across the screen. Lets be honest you know you all ran around with it covering your screen. Lets say goodbye and hello to mini map in corner like most games.

    Doesn't fit? An additional option for character movement can fit into any game. All this allows is people the choice between click and move or keyboard. Having the choice would be a smart upgrade to gameplay.

    Ok so i was playing around on D2 again and I would love to see WASD or Arrow keys for movement. Also inventory should be bigger or backpacks brought in. Storage space could use an extra page. Charms should without a doubt all be one size small.

    This would be a thread based on classes we want to see. So if someone wants to SEE a character based on the Hunter from WoW then that is in no way comparing the two games. They simply want to see a char like that in Diablo. People see the word WoW and throw a fit and its really not necessary. Its a Blizzard game just like Diablo and some people want to see things cross over and some dont. So be it, the arguing is stupid because in the end Blizzard makes the decision.

    OMG!!!! Someone that understands!!! Lets have a Diablo were player skill or organized partys is what helps us advance or take on those challenges not some AI bot. Mercs in single player is cool. I just think of playing with, and building a strong communitty online and truely promoting coop play does not have room for mercs that you depend on to get you out of tight situations.

    After further consideration I would be willing to bet on the introduction of a playable DemonHunter class. Its been 20 years there will be people dedicated to ridding the worl dof evil and even some that have specialized in it. Demon Hunters they can have a medium armor class with taming abilites and wear armors based on demon skins/leathers. I think they should be able to fit in melee or ranged combat depending on spec. Demon master(ranged pet takes dmg and dps)/ or Demon Trapper(right there in the mix with your pet fighting as 1)

    I played since release and each skill tree in wow offered around 12 or more skills. I like this because then you had some room to specialize a little in a tree.

    First if you read my earlier posts I clearly stated I dont care if merc is or not. I just want it to be what a merc is a hired hand easily replaceable so those who want can have it when they feel they need it. However I dont agree with the idea of a merc you skill up and turn into basicly a AI driven second char. You might as well have it to where you can switch control and have the ability to play either one. I just think thats going to far and imho does not really seem like something that would promote coop play. Why would I call on a friend and split the loot if I could use a merc instead?

    OMG!! So many sound like they want this permanent party member that they can skill up and equip. Can any of you that want this please explain how this would even remotely play into the Devs comments on coop. Why would they want you to have AI parties if there concern is promoting coop. This should be about player skill and if its hard enough to need help get a friend not some AI toon or lvl up some more in lower areas.

    WoW Hunters for the win.. Guns should make there way in. A (Demon Hunter) you can tame demons and train them and who cares if that hunter happens to carry a gun. I would not even mind a dwarf or human engineer class and yes I said WoW who cares. WoW is blizzards last success and for them not to steal from themselves as the dev said would be a huge surprise. Just because WoW elements make there way into the game does not mean they wont make it play the same. WoW hands down will effect the loot we see in Diablo. The game has been nothing but making cooler looking armor sets and weps and why would you not want see some of the sweet armor and weps from there cross over? They may feel that a game that has a need for grouping yet keeping the same fast pace feel is what Diablo will become we dont know. I played Diablo and loved it for what it was and I would like to see what it becomes wether this means some change in gameplay or just an updated look. Playing in a group with 4 of my friends is something I enjoy but I dont want to spend hours in a instance to get to a boss and get a mere chance at the loot. I would however like to see groups for boss fights in Diablo for the challenge not the hours to get to him and fight him. If you notice in the demo they brought out 4 chars at the boss fight.

    Mercs should Definatly stay and I agree with Jay fully on his 3 points on Mercs.
    The backpack Idea is cool, but they wont make it so that you loose all your items when he dies...

    Coz you might pick up something extremely valueble, then what....Are you gonna complain to blizzard about it....No, the last thing they need is more work...

    Furthermore Id love to see you being able to fully customize ur merc ex. his name, gender, class etc.
    And also the abilty to put equipment on the merc, the same as you, with all the same slots as you....
    being able to create a merc close to you full strength.....

    I was responding also to this last sentence of socials comment
