I would love to see arena type games to be made by selecting the mode. Being able to group up and kill other people in the game in an arena type environment would add a lot of return playability after you have maxed your character.
Maybe some kind of witch-class as a pure magic.. (I use the word witch because in deckard caines journal he says something about a woman who openly calls herself a witch.. I think it's a char from d1.. I never played d1 tho, shame on me!)
with skill tree like: demonic magic / arcane / poison or leeching abilities or even summons.. similar to the summoner from the arcane sanctuary from d2: act2..
I agree with you. I think a witch is a possible class. I saw a couple points in Cain's journal where he talked about a witch using Arcane Magic. There are also a few pictures in his journal. I also saw this image from the Blizzard WWI which looks a lot like a witch
Since Blizzard is taking one of the darkest characters out of the game, they really have left a gap for an evil hero. The witch doctor is a bit on the dark side, but I dont think it can really fill the dark gap that the necro held. I would also love to see the knight's role flipped and to have a Shadow Knight. It would be a great evil character with many possibilities.
This is a rendered image of the possible druid that was shown in the Artwork Video. From the wolf helm to the bear claw on the belt, this has to be a druid. Since they included this in the artwork video, what do you guys think the chances are of the druid hitting d3 as a playable character?
