Cool, so I guess we're getting there, as the results look slightly better (51.9% are satisfied). Thanks for pulling that up.
i voted for...
I am very disappointed with the game, do not play, and am not sure why I still visit this forum
Majority of my friends already stop playing aswell. I wouldn't be surprised if the Diablo community is already decreasing

NO world pvp and world freedom makes this game broing out flat , in d2 you could waypoint your way from act to act , I personally dont like trying to get THE item in one act and then need to remake the game or just do all the quests in order to farm some monsters that i want to farm . And in d2 the fun for me was making that gear , joining that random game and pking ppl that had the guts (in hc mode) to stay in the game while you hostile them.
those were good times. i hope blizzard are open enough for open pvp while keeping their "arena system". For me and most HC players, the only thing that kept me playing d2 more often was HC PKing
Aug 27, 2012Anyone else got back on diablo 3 after the patch 1.0.4? i did for abit, and love the new changes. Although, after afew days in i ended up not playing, again. Still waiting on pvp and more changes/expansion.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
so, has patch 1.0.4 helped with you enjoying D3, still?

There should have been more options in your poll. Even a "sort of" option would have sufficed. I'm sort of bored with D3 now, but only because I don't have anyone to play it with and I don't enjoy playing it solo.
i was thinking of adding a "sort of" option, but i was aiming for a general opinion

2) Story, story, and more story
Maybe I’m missing something – but in D2, you should clear out the den, kill blood raven, and save the soilders – but you didn’t have to. You really only needed to complete like, 10 quests in D2. is it me, or are these quests simply forced. I feel like some much time is spent teaching people how to teleport and use their skills, instead of saying – ‘theres the boss. Go kill him.’
Yes, Diablo 3 is a soild good game that has alot of sense for its gameplay. Although, all of Diablo 3 design is ment for a newer generation who havent experience the Diablo universe. Therefore, Diablo 3 is a forgettble boring game to someone like myself, a diablo veteran.
P.S.- My #1 reason for playing D2 was the Hardcore PvP/PKing. Knowing it'll be drastically different from D2, kills the exciement from killing players either by force or choice.

Aug 3, 2009I agree... The Witch Doctor's Plague of Toads is lamePosted in: News
Quote from "Kwic" »To me- the idea of frogs against Diablo is very lame.
You say- it looks fun. The same as flying exploading pigs would look 'fun'.
But Diablo should be a 'bit' more serious than that. I don't say that this skill is not effective and doesn't look nice, but the 'fun' and visual effect of the spell shouldn't be considered most important if it doesn't fit the realm.
C'mon people, you really like the IDEA of fighting against Diablo and killing him by toads? Doesn't this sound like hidden 'cow' lvl which was supposed to be a cool joke? lol. This just isn't serious for the game like this even though it might look super fun (for kids).
And it's obvious that Bashiok will be defending the idea, what else can he say- that it sucks?
yup... so true
Aug 25, 2008If you guys(Diablo III team) could make some items unable to trade like i have seen on World of Warcraft, the BoP and BoE system, would fit nice in Diablo III. Diablo II items were not so rare in some cases, like in Diablo II softcore mode i would see many games that were hosted names like FREEEEE, free4u, or like Free Here. It made the game felt a bit easy and less of a challenge, that killed the game. Also gold was a bit less rewarding in Diablo II. If you can, make gold worth collecting and more rewarding, like being able to buy many cool and useful gadgets or like being able to use gold for travel or have a bank system so there would be less players creating mule characters. Charge players to use the ship from Lut Gholein and Kurast.Posted in: News
Charge them ALOT!
But thats not a bad idea to charge players to travel form a ship or a caravan because it would stop low levels getting rushes. This would make low levels go in caves or dungeons just for treasure and gold so they would be able to travel. Just saying make gold worth GOLD!
-No one went in those caves from Diablo II for gold:O
